Liam,

after your last success how about Supra meet no 3 being seperate or try to make a road trip and visit else where.

If 2 of the guys are going to the lakes run, then perhaps you should try to conbine it into that and show the NE numbers. It is usally a good run out as well, nice driving and winding roads.

just a thought, it is a big meet and loads of cars (not just supra's go)

I'd love to get a big meet some where large and grassy. ;)

Right well just to get back on topic here, I think Tom's onto something.

How about the Tyne Riverside Country Park for a meeting site? Its at Newburn, not far off the A1 and has loads of free parking, grassy areas etc...

and there's a pub with its own micro brewery on-site that also does decent grub:

If September brings some good weather it would be pretty good I reckon...

Errrrrrr..........if this is going to come off, does anyone have any objections to me turning up in my Golf?

Don't actually own a Supra yet you see - just a club groupie at the minute :(

Would love to have a bit banter with you all though - hopefully ownership isn't too far off.

How about making this the 9th, one week later. That way there won't be any clashes with the lakes run, also it'll be more notice, therefore a better turnout?

* Update on the event

Hi there, thanks for all that have entered. We have received over 200 entries from clubs and forums.

We have confirmed clubs such as the RS Owners, JNE, Retro-Rides, DriftUK and many more.

Can I remind everyone who is attending on a stand to be at the show before 9.45am on Sunday 9th September. As we are opening the gates to the public at 10:00am.

If you haven’t already received your tickets and info pack, it will be with you very soon.

If you would like to still come and show your car but your not part of a club/forum stand then you can arrive on the day and pay on the gate.

Please help spread the word to everyone, and lets make as much money as possible for Cystic Fibrosis and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. All donations are welcome and representatives from CF Trust will be there on the day of the show.

Everyone is welcome and we hope you all enjoy the show.

We look forward to meeting you all.

Cheers

The North East Modified Team
