Animal Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 A man who has climbed 20ft up a live electricity pylon is refusing to come down - causing traffic chaos on a busy bypass. Police have been forced to shut off Schleswig Way in Leyland between Slater Lane and Leyland Lane. The man has been up the pylon since 6am on Monday. Police negotiators are trying to persuade the man to come down but have so far been unsuccessful. Firefighters and paramedics are also at the scene. Lol, don't you just love nutters?
