Sorry to res an old thread but I'm just about to do this and didn't feel the need to start a new one when all the info was here.

 

How has this car got clear red red clear

Hi

 

The top one has J-Spec lights and the bottom one has UK Lights, as to why the layout is different? I don't know, probably to do with EU standards or something? :)

UK Spec have rear fogs built into rear lights.

 

Any want set of J-Spec clear lights let me know, got set spare as got facelift rear lights now.

im surprised no ones done a full clear lens conversion at the back

 

These ones have all the lenses popped out. The problem with replacing all four is that the one with the reflector is an odd shape and really difficult to replace with a standard lense. If you got something custom made, it would definitely be doable. The thing to remember with losing the reflector is that it's probably not going to pass MOT. It gives you an idea of what it would look like though.
