Benjy
My girlfriend brought that paper home for me to look at as I'm a body builder. If I look like that at 49 let alone 69 i'll be happy! (Luckily have another 27 years til I hit 49....)

JustGav
Hmmmm, steriods..... Well that is natural then *shrug* No respect for that... Patients are put on a strict weight loss programme that includes dieting, exercise and daily injections of growth hormone. But not everyone taking part lives to a ripe old age. Dr Alan Mintz, founder of Cenegenics, died aged 69 due to complications during a brain biopsy.

carl0s
Hmmmm, steriods..... Well that is natural then *shrug* No respect for that... HGH isn't a steroid. I went through a phase of trying it out to see if it made me feel more normal, less tired and more youthful etc.. All it did was lighten my wallet drastically! Tannhauser
As Carlos points out, if it's HGH it's not a steroid. However, an increasing number of doctors in the states are advocating testosterone replacement for older men. Which, of course, are anabolic steroids, since these are variations on natural testosterone. It seems weird to me to write off his achievement as soon as it is thought that he might be 'taking steroids'. It's like seeing a woman who is in fantastic shape at 60, then saying, 'ah, but it's all HRT'. And if he is taking testosterone replacement, it's probably not even at supraphysiological doses. PEDs are one of those subjects where the fact that someone knows less than 1% of f**K all about it doesn't stop he/she from making naive moral judgements on it. Axle
Think you will find thats nothing more then an advertisement for the company, and would put my Supra on the line and say that his photo has been enhanced/touched up. However with steroids and Growth hormones (its what they inject horses with) much is possible.

Very true, and I class myself as the 1% who know feck all , but what I do know is HRT is used more as medical thing as opposed to a vanity thing which I assume this HGH is used for. (Admittedly there might be women out there abusing HRT, I don't know )

The Raven
what horses do they inject? Race horses to help torn muscles, Dont ask i have seen the results of these drugs on a human level. Dont get me wrong they looked awesome, however i dread to think what damage it was doing to the internal organs. Hence im 100% drug free. However im also getting fat.........
