Animal
On the way to the dyno run at Miami GT, Lucy managed to lose my mobile phone in the car park at Ferrybridge services. I'd passed it to her to read a text message to me that I got whilst driving and she put the phone on top of her coat that was bundles up by her feet. When we parked up, she got out, grabbed her coat and wandered off. Wasn't until we got to Andy's that she realised it was gone and immediately rang 3 to get it blocked. Anyway, some lass found it, went through my address book and rang my parents to say she'd found it and left her number. I've just been in touch with her and she was happy to post it back to me, didn't want paying to cover postage or anything. What a top lass. That's restored some of my faith in human nature at least. cossack
funny that, a builder handed my 850i back to me the other day after it had fell out of my pocket and i didnt notice, im a firm believer in what goes around comes around, i few years back i seen a woman drop about £500 cash out of her pocket , i picked it up, ran after her and give it back, she near shat herself is an understatement! it was around the 20th of december, right in the mouth of crimbo! AndrewOW
My mobile phone fell out of our car while in the car park at Asda in Bodmin while on the way back from holiday to Cornwall last year. We'd driven over 70 miles before I realised it'd gone. I didn't expect to ever see it again, but I called Asda anyway, and some very nice person had handed it in 140 miles later and we were back on track. Luckily we were in Gem's car, so no refuelling for me
