when are these meant to be re-newed ? mileage/years etc any one got a part number so i can find out how much they are cheers

as low as poss, just keep turning it up slightly to soften the sealant, imho electric ovens are best for this job.

take the wheel off, the brake disc will have a hole in it, rotate the disc untill you see a adjuster. then with a screw driver it is possible to wind the adjuster off,so that brake shoes are no longer near the disc. it will all come clear when you see the hole!

it can be mapped from the motec yes, but i don't have the soft ware an i don't think its easy to get hold of, and this motec is pretty deep stuff, and i really don't want to fuck the job up ! i think i might give them a ring at some point discuss it

did you consider the self mapping/govened set up, it takes a feed from the injector wire and works out its self the amount of water needed from the pulse length. i've been hanging my nose over it due to running motec, it would mean another stint on the rollers to set it up if i went for the option you went for

what are your opions on the water injection then, worth the trouble ? which system did you go for on/off mappable etc

don't think so. take the car out without the wadding and see if theres any change

its deffo been "put" in there but fook knows why, maybe someone tried some sort of repair ! but im unsure of what they would be trying to achieve

i have one, and i cut the profile myself ! (this is because alot of places couldn't guarantee it would be a perfect copy)
