Yeah it was a good night as usual Not a record breaking night for the numbers (of soops) but was packed all the same, good to meet the usual suspects and Jase good to see you Didnt get the "Christmas Do" sorted but there was a few good suggestions mentioned ie Blackpool being one ......we need to have a safe place for the cars / a Hotel with good food / and a bar/club as well Tall order i know So ANY idea,s Guys n Gals ?? Needs sorting sooner than later to get things booked b4 the Christmas rush the venue has to be in the catchment area for the N-East peeps/Yorkshire and the Midlands peeps to come over etc Cheers Ian

They are about mate i had a mk2 a good few years ago was a brilliant car not many mk1s about neither the mk2 for that matter ( they look very similar but the mk2 has wider arches because Lotus did the suspension i beleive ) Great cars for their day Digital dash etc etc Sorry dont have any photo,s on computer of then ....but im sure someone will Cheers Ian

Thanks Aaron it was a great day, my head wasnt with it after the "5" minute crash Dom was very apologetic, shame he couldnt carry on but i think his soop came off worse ...Just got the pain in the arse sorting everything out now insurance/repairs etc etc The last "bonus" road was ace ( was coming around by then lol ) Yeah the Atom driver was great, thumbs up for coming even when others didnt with the weather Cheers for the good day i will post some pics at a later date neeeed sleep now Ian

people say this club is going down hill but after the help and advice that everyone gave me at the event today (especially ian, gaz, wes etc) i say that the club works great Charlie No Problems Charlie just hope it is easily sorted mate, its what we are all here for Cheers Ian

It depends on what Clifford you have the "older " Concept 4 do this but the "newer" Concept 5 dont, you have to rev the engine to about 2000 rpm to activate the Hijack mode Cheers Ian

Yeah im up for this too, just gotta sort the venue out and make sure i can have the bankholiday off Just an Idea folks i used to go to the "Town and Country Show" at Stonleigh nr Coventry in my Starion turbo days there was a BIG car show included in the show lots n lots of clubs etc i dont know if its still on nowadays prehaps if some locals have some info ??
