  1. Strange... So not a new Camera or Memory card? Have you applied any updates to WinXP? If you want to post one to me I could have a look tomorrow.. At work at the mo.
  2. Hiya, Can you provide some more info to help us help you? What format are they in? (JPG, GIF??) Have you always had this issue, or has it just started? Have you tried them on another machine? Um might be some more later, but it's a start.. If they are small enough, maybe attach one to the thread. Paul
  3. Just been to the loo. Sat down, done my biz and started to wash my hands. Now the sink is low for Wheelchair users and the hot air dryer is right above the sink. Push dispenser for the soap to the right of the dryer. Now there isn't a plug, so we just leave the water running, water cannot flow away fast enought, so the water level slowly builds up. Washed my hands once and rinsed then, so now theres soapy water in the bowl making soap suds. I go to grab some more soap, but hit the dryer instead. This doesn't mix well and I now have a small fountain of bubbles shooting out of the sink. Not filling the room, but they are going 4 to 5 foot in the air. Have to let the dryer finish as I cannot get close without getting wet or bubbled. Once it's stopped, finished up laughing to myself, open the door and there's the cleaner waiting to go in. She prob thought I was a lout or something as the toilet was a little damp after that:D
  4. Hokay, tis voted for.. Now off to spend some more time on the legs site..
  5. Still got the £40 gift voucher I received when I left my previous job. With the wealth of choices I have, I just cannot make up my mind.. I was thinking of getting the Halflife 2 game, but local store did not have it in. Lets here your ideas on how to spend it (at PCWorld, local stripjoint does not accept em!!).

  14. On another note, did you get your PC repaired?
  15. You could also mount it with DeomonTools (Something like that) and play it as if it was a CD.

    new car

Boy, you must have had some very dry eyes by then..
  17. Did you have seperate policies for the two cars or have you sold the celica for the soop? Surely if they were on differernt policies, you only loose the DCB on the one for the Celica?
  18. I saw it loads before Ian posted this up...
  19. The auto repair option is only available for Windows XP Pro, not the home version. Which one do you have? Take a look here for some useful advice.
  20. Thanks Ian you've gone and done it now. I haven't seen my car since you've posted this..
  21. You should have an option of a auto repair option, you are getting to the recovery console.. Bugger if I know how to repair it from there though..
  22. Er... the recovery console or repair option should be part of the install CD. Boot from that and it'll ask you some questions. Choose the existing partition, being v v v careful not to say format or install and use the repair/recover option. It should then replace it's core files and your windows with a bit of luck will be up and working. Although I'd never trust it again after that.. Easier to repartition, save the data you want and blitz the system partition.
