  2. Link to event website. Anyone heard of or planning on going to this?
  3. Excellent idea. I'd be up for this! The more that you practice these skills, the more naturally you'll remember them when you really need them.
  4. Love John Cleese humour.
  5. Track-day training car but don't know who owns it Seen it at JPS Motorsport having work done

    Friday funny

A lorry driver breaks down on the M6 with a cargo of live monkeys on board, bound for Chester Zoo. They need to be delivered by 9:00 am and the driver fears he will get the sack if they don't get there on time. He decides to try and thumb a lift for his monkeys and eventually an Irish lorry driver pulls over. "Where are you going?" asks the Irish chap. "Do us a favour mate and take these to Chester Zoo for me" says the driver, "and here's a hundred quid for your troubles." "Happy days," says the Irish fella, loads the monkeys onto his truck and gets on his way. The lorry driver goes about trying to fix his truck and is there for a good few hours when he notices the Irish fella coming back down the motorway, still with all the chimps on board. Panicking, he flags him down again. "What are you playing at," he fumes, "I told you to take them to Chester Zoo!" "I did," says the Irish fella, "but there's still fifty quid left so now we're going to Alton Towers"

  11. Fitted Cusco Zero-2 coilovers and strut braces front and rear on my N/A Aerotop and can highly recommend that set-up.
  12. Moved houses a few times now and all the conveyancing solicitors seem to be the same. Recommend chasing them all the time. It's less hassle in the long run.
  13. Don't find any of the over-the-counter stuff works for me. If I start getting it bad (not effected every year) I see the doctor and get a Kennalog injection. Doc doesn't like giving it to me as he says that "it's a sledgehammer to crack a walnut" but, as I drive for a living, he relents (sp?) because it's the only thing that works for me. Keep meaning to go on a course of injections to kill it once and for all but forget until it's too late in the year.

    Jackson Trial

Not Guilty on all ten counts
  15. Didn't think that insurers could make you use a specific bodyshop but could only advise and that the choice remained with the policy holder.
  16. Prefer the Silver one. Veilside C1 side skirts, love that front bumper (not seen that before) but not too keen on the big wing. Would think that when he was building the engine fitted stroker kit for more low down torque. Good point as there is loads of big power cars being imported at the moment. Most of these will have seen track action whilst in Japan.
  17. Tein were developing these for various motors but, in January, they hadn't started on a kit for the Supra yet. Will see what I can find out from them.
  18. I don't know whether he's guilty or not but if I was a Multimillionare Peadaphile (sp?) I'd have a fairground at the bottom of my garden!
  19. Think I recognise that car from somewhere....... Another Stella Baz?
  20. Excellent pics. Try this one. Give a min to download, click on start, then left button and move mouse forwards or backwards to zoom in or out. Link to a 3D pic
  21. Insurance company dealing with council I believe but I'm afraid that the local council's idea of repairs leaves a lot to be desired. You'll find, all of a sudden, there will be a stretch of the duel carrageways resurfaced leaving a good layer of loose stones. I have to avoid that area for at least two weeks for the stones to clear of have the paintwork stripped off the car!
