  9. I was thinking it might not be that simple.
  10. I think it was just the ice, I can't get out of my driveway, the part leading up to my drive is completely blocked by another car which is stuck inthe ice. I slid into the mud, thanks to the ice......
  11. How do I know if I have done any damage though?
  12. Initally I was revving it in second, then I stopped, got some cardboard and wood, reversed onto the cardboard, and drove forward onto the wood, so I could have less slippery surface
  13. I think it's all ok, about 10 people just turned up and pushed me along, I can now go backwards and forwards and all the gears feel like they are engaging properly.
  14. I can't now move it, I don't think the wheels are now even turning - the engine is reving but nothings happening
  15. I think I've broken my car - I got stuck in the mud - and managed to get myself out, but now I don't think my gear box is engaging. Help
  16. Hey, I don't care what their motives were, they helped me.
  17. Yeah a lot of people have walked into where I work (they don't live 12 miles away), and each of them have said it's been a nice change.
