  1. aint leon one who has/had a stroked engine. also dj craig has one too.i thought it was you could run more power on less boost with a stroker kit. if you going that far i think you would be better off with a chevy v8 they have huge amount of torque low down. more easy to buy tuning parts for too. you can even buy a viper v10 engine if you wanted to be different.
  2. at work smokers are aloowe 5 mins every so long for a smoke but none smokers are victamised for not been a smoker. i tried half a cig when i was at school, made me dizzy made my breath taste horrid and makes your cloths smell with stale smoke. cant see the point of it all myself. when the goverment driving up costs of cigs to get people to stop they losing so much tax they have to get it elsewhere like motorists. they always thinking of nerw ways to get money out of you. if they wanted to stop people smoking put up price to £10 a packet. mind you i bet everybody knows people who smoking cigs from outside the uk. seems a bit crazy about them fining you when there are people doing far worse things driving.
  3. i think the white headlights look good on that car too. or maybe black on a silver car. just a bit of personal thing.

  9. what you guys with single xs turbos run time wise? put up your time slips and i will stick your times on drag racing list michael is the unofficial photo guy for all
  10. yes they grippy as hell. you cant expect to launch at 2000 rpm and get a decent 60 foot or 1/4 time. just depends how far you want to go. when you drive car hard there is always a chance of breaking something. but when you up the boost there is always the chance you will blow the turbos.
  11. i have tried it dont seem to keep you awake. i can still go to sleep. pretty dear for what it is. there are lots of them energy drinks now. have you seen the cars with red bull cans and painted red bull colours.there is a mini and a new beetle i have seen round leeds.
  12. i have a p plate but dont have a haynes manual for mine. my radio cd player packed up on mine. been ok for a cheap runabout well after spending £300 to get through mot lol have you tried passion ford forums
  13. think i got a pair for £300 they can knock of up to 1/2 second off your times. best 60 foot on street tyres i have done was 2.050 at santapod with drag radials new torque convertor and line lock and fuel pump. i did a best of 1.730.not sure what its like launching a manual.
  14. my dad bought a magnet that clamps around fuel pipe. i see them on QVC they sounded good.i tried some of that snake oil fuel/oil treatment in my supra supposed to give a slight increase in hp and also breaks down the carbon build up in engine. lol they even put 2 engines in a solid block of ice.1 with treatment and 1 without. they tried starting both engines. the one with treatment started. i was sold and bought some. you never know when your engine will be in a block of ice. they even showed dyno before and after treatment think it was called motor up. i also used to use small octane boosters when going racing.dont think they were any good.if you want higher octane buy race fuel.
  15. you will hook if you get some drag radials lol
  16. whats the other boxes with codes, got it all filled in and says its £9.99 + £2.45 postage Order Code 0665 Order Code information none entered Advert code none entered Mailing reference none entered

  20. what big power cars are over here 1000hp crd supra leon with his orange beast. paul w and kevs car.they all getting better as they learn more.there are loads of big hp cars in america. more chance of fast times. just have to see a few fast supras launching to see they have what it takes. got to be good seeing cars doing well over here.
  21. jap battereys tend to be slim battery. where as uk battery are big bulky things. when i fitted a big battery i just chopped off the bracket.but now gone to small battery.
  22. sounds like you need some more power.you have a car at top of its league with all the backing and sponsors behind you.how far would you think you can go with your car.its a true stripped out racer you have.
  23. is that horrid gold thing with big slick type drag wheels and tyres seen it at elvington. i have had a 12.5 at 3 different drag places. york drag strip, elvington, and santapod. elvington used to have inconsistent timing gear at one time. got my best time at santapod. think i would have to say county raceway looks the best track i seen. santapod is real bad on ques. york is a rundown track.elvington is nothing to write home about. the amount of money they make at big events you would think they would improve set up. what is the spec of that gold car?
  24. hi hust noticed this thread. who is breaking the car now. would it not be better to put up prices of parts then people will see if its in there price range saves a lot of hasstles. have you been gazumpped on breaking the car. PS is the AUTO box still for sale?
