  1. Had to read a specification for channel drains this morning and came accross this gem "Note: For depth 1-10 channels, ACO recommends removal of bell end to ensure adequate material coverage" another item comes with a 4" bell end connection. I appear to be the only one in the office who really finds this funny.
  2. Nickname - Animal/Killit Would like to be stuck in a lift with - I used to work in the same building as a whole bunch of pretty student nurses and guess how many of 'em were in the lift when it broke? Yep, not a bloody one. Most precious possession - Supra, PSP Fav film that doesnt have a light sabre in it - Mad Max Worst bike ever owned - 650 Ural Dnepr (sp) - ran for 60 miles then needed a rebore! Car most like you and why - pass Claim to fame - friend of, ex webmaster & occasional pit crew for 2003 European Top Fuel dragster champion Smax Smith End of term report - Needs a jolly good caning...
  3. Ah, that'd be the 'Bigger Penis Upgrade' then
  4. Cheers Gaz, cracking day out. Shame I missed the afternoon bit, but work, sleep & driving home needed to happen. I'll chuck you a few quid for a DVD, no worries. Full Revs Animal
  5. I've been known as Animal for years. One reason is I'm a drummer, the other reason involves me licking the pillion seat of my bike I got called an animal & it stuck.
  6. I just use ordinary flat headed stands. I've done a decat, front & rear suspension over the last 3 weeks and it's been steady as a rock. Migster's idea of wooden blocks would be better if you are uncertain - easier to make fit for a start.

    Rally crash!!

Might be awesome accel. but my mate had a loan of one to take to a bike show and reckoned it handled like a sack of ferrets. The airflow doesn't clear the screen, so even when your tucked in, the wind vibrates your helmet (oo-er) so much that you can't see past about 130. He'll be turboing his ZX9R streetfighter next, so that thould be fun

  9. Ordered a set of tein Super Street dampers from Envy a couple of weeks ago (cheers for the quick delivery Gaz). I fitted the rears last weekend and the fronts on Saturday. Dead easy install - took my dad & me about half hour a side. What a difference! The car feels totally different, the shocks must have been dying since I bought it last November. I've now got so much more grip, way less body roll and a massive increase in cornering speeds. Absolutely fantastic. All I've got to do now is find an adjustment that suits my driving. 10. Someones been watching Dave Spikey Live, methinks. Still funny though

    Dear Doctor...

"Eventually we tried the Pill, but it kept dropping out" Classic!

    Bay abuse!

I always threaten to break the legs of anyone I see walking away from a car parked in a disabled bay. It's just another sign of how f'kin lazy, ignorant & selfish the herd has become.
  14. Fantastic. This'll get sent to my project manager. No. 45's a classic.
  15. S'okay Nic - I've ordered a full set. I just meant that the nearside front damper is knackered as well as both rear ones. I might not be very good with cars, but I'm not that daft. lol
  16. I've just ordered a full set of Tein Super Street dampers from Envy (658 quid) for my N/A and should be fitting them on Sunday. Nearside front & both rear dampers have gone on mine, so I've got the boingiest Supra in the world right now. I'll let you know Sunday night how well it goes with the new ones.
  17. You could also have the bloke standing by the crossroads as the legendary Willie Brown from the film Crossroads - the classic blues film, not Britneys peice of tat
  18. Cool. It is a bit dear, but IMO well worth it for the gains it provides. I'm glad someone else has seen the benefits - you wouldn't believe the arguments I've had on past forums with folk who just won't believe oils actually help performance.
  19. I've been using Royal Purple for about 5 years now in every car/bike that I've had and I can't recommend the stuff higher. I've seen roughly an extra 50-70km fuel range straight away, gear changes have been smoother, power delivery slightly better (although this has been hard to tell in the Supe as I replaced all the fluids almost immediately). Where did you get it from? AFAIK Millennium Motorsports in Cornwall are the only suppliers in the UK.
  20. I'm waiting for the new plates to get round to a PH 34 conbination, then I can have PH34RME
  21. Click 'Run' from the start menu and type 'msconfig' (without the ' ' ) this'll bring up a window with all the startup programs in it. You can choose what to load on startup.
  22. Ruddy Nora, there's always one. I don't know, I just pasted the e-mail I got in it's entirety. How about - You could have allergies to stuff that your ICE contact knows about and you're daft enough to not carry a Medic Alert thing.

    LOL @ Google

LOL, fantastic! It's not green though.
