This is an extremely confusing situation, here we have a girl who hasn't told her man exactly what he's going to do and when he's going to do it, I can't get my head round it.

I've got something better to do, but she's asleep and it would be a bit rude to wake her.

  12. Your photo dosen't show it very well, the next time your standing next to your two cars run your fingers over the top of the len above the where the fog light is on both and you'll feel that the glass lamps have a more promenant bulge at that point. Like I say, its probably nothing but since I first noticed it every time I see a car with UK's in its the first thing my eyes are drawn to and I can't bring myself to like it. Its just me being weird, don't worry about it.
  13. With the UK lights, if you stand looking at the car sideways on, it appears to have a larger bulge at the top of the lens giving the car an even more bug eyed look, its probably nothing but it makes me think "Wrong".

    Birdstrike!

Canadian BAE Hawk 100, straight down the left intake just after rotation, he did quite well, got it to 3000 feet and turned back to put it on the runway, but burned up too much airspeed getting it up there and stalled, both ejected and lived. Its funny, I was talking with DB at JAE about birdstrikes and then this comes up, unfortunately it happens all too often with military aircraft, seen some right messy ones.

  16. I've been asked to write an epilogue to this thread, I'll keep it short. Paul's funeral was carried out today at 13:15 in the chapel at the Leatherhead Crematorium, it was a good service and the chapel was packed with lots having to stand at the back, a few from here attended to show our feelings and support from Sheena's "wider family", the club. The wake was held at there home where Paul's life was celebrated and toasted, although there will still be some difficult times ahead for Sheena, Ben & Daisy, hopefully today will help them to move on with their lives. Sheena would like to thank you all again for your condolencies and sympathies and sends everybody big Lastly I would like to reiterate Sheena's request that if you can possibly make it she would love to see as many of her friends from the club as possible at the next S.E.M. at the fairmile in Cobham on Tuesday the 2nd August (details in the calender), that includes all those she hasn't met yet.
  17. I thought I had a TRD exhaust on mine but it dosen't look anything like yours, mine has a stainless back box but yours must be mild steel. Maybe yours is just an older type? I,m sticking with mine until the centre section gets too rusty, that parts mild steel, then its gonna have to be an RS'R if nothing different comes out between now and then.
