1. Bump, Still up for grabs, can bring to Supra Pod to save a fiver. Thanks Kevin
2. Me too, loads of lads in the office have it to, its a real PITA....
3. Great Numbers Jamie! Thats 171 rwhp more than me and your car should be way lighter than mine now. You have got to run a 9 second now, just got to work on your launch technique and Im sure you will get it.
4. I normally start off at the Gate (Players, Keel Row, Sam Jacks etc) then work my way down to the Diamond strip (collingwood street)Perdu, Koo's, Revolution, Florita's. Via Mushroom (Top of the big market) They are all open till 3 so I have normally have had enough by then. As Jurgen said some of the strip clubs can be fun.
5. Think your Lexan must have been better than mine then. You could actually see mine Balloon out and rattle around 40mph. I have one on my 350z and that does the same, so have to use the aircon on the motorways instead.
6. Thats Strange my Seibon hatch was a perfect fit and Im a fussy B*stard too.... I think it is hit and Miss with Seibon, some of there bonnets used to be awefull...
7. Looking good John, its going to be one hell of a car when its all put back together!
8. Thanks for the info guys thats awesome, I will be sure to check out some of those places tonight. Got a bit of a Dilema now though I was booked into the Mint hotel on Saturday night but it looks like they have screwed the booking up so I am looking for another Hotel now. Do I stay Saturday night in Leeds or should I go to York.....Decisions, Decisions, what do you lot think? Just looking for busy bars with plenty of eye candy. In terms of music, I prefer R&B but mainstream Dance or Pop is OK, don't pay much attention when im smashed anyway lol... Thanks Kevin
9. Since Im going to pop down to TOTB on Sunday at York I decided to spend Friday and Saturday night in Leeds. Just wondering if anyone can recomend any Bars, Clubs and general things I should see. Thanks Kevin
10. I like the pink SmartWax, its easy on and off and gives a deep lasting shine.
11. OK sold to SamuraiFlash, you can pay me at Pod if you like. I will bring them down with me. Might be worth reminding me a few days before.... Thanks Kevin
12. Should stop it blowing out but im guessing it will still flex and vibrate.
13. Still would'nt risk it, mine just used to baloon, flex and vibrate as soon as the window was opened at speed. It was fine at 30mph but over that I used to just close the window just incase....
14. Just a small tip for you Jamie, make sure you dont open your window while your doing motorway speeds, managed to blow my Lexan glass replacment out....The car got sundenly louder and alot more draftier not ideal when your miles from home....lol
15. I have forsale a set of McGuard Tunner Wheel Nuts which are for aftermarket Alloys like, Volk, Work etc. They are particularly slender in design to fit the narrow bore holes of the aftermarket wheels and are M12 X 1.5 pitch which is ideal for the Supra. Further Info: Set of four McGard locking wheel nuts suitable for aftermarket alloy wheels that have a smaller diameter recess. Supplied with long reach key for easy access. Regarded as one of the toughest locking wheel nuts available. TUV/Thatcham approved. Silver finish These normally sell for £40. Looking for £24 delivered. or £20 if I bring them to Supra Pod with me. Thanks Kevin
16. I have for sale 2 x 5 Ltr bottles of Toyota ATF Fluid, sealed and never used. Looking for £20 for the pair. Delivery would be £10 or I can bring them to Supra Pod with me. Thanks Kevin
17. I have for sale a unused HKS Purple fin, to change the sound of the HKS SSQV Blow Off valve: The HKS SSQV triple-fin discharge design produces a powerful and unique aggressive blow-off sound along with added visual distinction. This is the PURPLE sound valve which changes the blow off or 'dump' sound for a lower frequency noise. An alternate sound and appearance, these SSQV inserts are easily interchangeable within minutes. I’m looking for £12 + £2.50 postage or I can bring it down to Supra Pod with me. Think these currently retail for around £20. Thanks Kevin
18. Nail biting time...Imagine its a bit like how you would feel when your other half goes into labour.... Very nervous with a sense you can't do much to help the outcome...
19. Thanks Bryson, I think its a bargain too, considering how much money I have poured into it over the years....Really surprised it has'nt sold although I have not really pushed it to be fair, as secretly I really don't want it to sell, but don't tell my other half that...lol Thanks Kevin
20. Never understand the Judges on car of the show awards...They always pick some weird and wonderfull contraption. Always go to these shows never expecting to be considered for this accolade, although I thought I might have been in with a shout for Performance Car of The Show Award, alas that went to a Black Impreza....did'nt notice the car so can't really comment on its credentials....lol It was'nt for the lack of trying though, was thorougly wrecked after cleaning the car all day Saturday and again on Sunday....lol
