Im just in the process of ringing round for my renewal quotes. How much does everyone claim the value of there cars to be? I have just spoken to adrian flux as they seem to be cheap reading past threads. Told them the value of my car was £15000 and they wouldnt touch it. They claim they dont insure imports worth over £10000?????????????? Am i going to get this from many companies? Im 22 with 5 years no claims, 6 points any other companies advice? I plan on ringing bell direct elephant tesco ? ? ? Cheers guys and gals

Hi everyone, i have recently had UK fronts put on my sup, whilst at it i changed the rear disks and pads (rears still jap) I now seem to have hideous rattles coming from the brakes. I think the things that hold the pads still are missing as they seem to be rattling about in the calipers. How can i solve my little problem? What do i need? Its driving me mental, constantly sounds like my car is falling to pieces

I have just gone 22. had the car about a year now. Pay a fortune to insure it at the moment, my renewal is up soon so im going hunting for quotes. currently pay over £2500

Hi everyone, Just thought id say a big hello from sunny Cyprus. Been here since last wed for a couple of weeks. Beautiful place and amazing weather. Sat having some lunch a couple of days ago and a Silver sup Drives past Couldnt beleve my eyes not the kind of car you expect to see driving around over here. There is also a 2.5 TT MKII thats always parked up by us. Dont want to come home but looking forward to getting back in the sup (went Karting yesterday and made matters a whole lot worse) Got a Suzuki Ignis to Wrag around over here Have fun

It seems strange, its a tt did it a couple of weeks ago. Im no mechanic just thought id have a bash at changing the plugs. I must of done something wrong All went back together fine with 6 new plugs in though, pipes never moved a mil.

Has anybody changed sparkplugs without removing the 2 pipes? I relised they would go if touched so just left them there and worked round them????? Did i do it differently or something? They never seemed to get in my way

Right just had a mess with the remote. the buttons seem ok and if i take the batterys out it still does it. I thought she got a static shock too, seems wierd how it started doing it at the same time though (the TV was on at the time). She also says it was worse than static. the TV is a LG 28" widescreen thing (ill try find a model number) Perhaps it could be something with the buttons on the front.

There is something strange going on with my TV. Is anybody up on these things who can help me? It has started channel skipping and i cant stop it. Our lass was dusting it earlier and she says she got a electric shock from the front by the buttons then it started doing it Anyone any ideas

There is a place called ART in wakefield, run by a friendly bloke called Tony. Little backstreet turbo specialist with rolling road. Knows what he is talking about and has done work for me in the past. Will fit your parts for you, works of very high standard and he is pretty cheep. I would say try him
