  1. Thanks Gaz - ringing you now - your help appreciated as always.
  2. The orange ones that are on the side of the front bumper...please PM me! Although clear ones are good too... Thanks, Nick
  3. Can't see one advertised at the mo but the e-mail address was [email protected] £280. I will post pics of my car up soon and you will see that the fit is perfect and the fitter (Colin, adjacent to Phoenix) said that it went straight on and didn't require altering to fit. I checked with a previous buyer before buying from ebay and they also were very happy with the bumper. I actually took off the mesh it comes with and replaced with stainless steel which I would recommend doing (ESP design - v happy with it).
  4. Bought one on ebay which was a great fit - Speed R. Mesh clips and numberplate fitment too...
  5. Haven't been on the forum for a while so have no idea who's offering what these days but these are the last piece in the jigsaw... please let me know. pics to come soon.
  6. idiot here has lost one of the small needles (boost gauge/temp/fuel) when doing a dial conversion. do any breakers/does anyone who has replaced their gauges have a spare needle? Nick
  7. Also keen to jump on board... have been waiting ages to get mine done. Am after black and black, fronts only, so not too much trouble. Daman, could you find out if likely to be possible? Thanks, Nick
  8. Either originals or good quality retrims. Happy to exchange existing fabric front seats. Deliver/collect within or near to M25. Know plenty of people offer retrims etc but unfortunately have little time to search around these days so hoping someone can help me out... Cheers
  9. Still doesn't seem much money to ask for such a nice car. Not that you would enjoy doing it, but have you worked out how much cash you could make by selling off some mods (non-essential ones!). Prob a fair bit...
  10. Interesting qu and I know people have differing ideas on this one. As you have a VVTi, I would argue that the vehicle does not have European blah blah blah. You couldn't import it now if you tried. If you have a modified front...and obviously it was like that when you purchased it... then clearly the design cannot accommodate standard size plates. PS if you copied and pasted that 1. AND 2. bit then they have spelt accommodate wrong so point that out to them too!
  11. Francis, This happened to me once and one of the key fobs was replaced (probably the one you lost!), the other one wasn't. If you can be bothered to take it back to Pinner then I will ring the guy and see if he will sort you out with a replacement. PM me to let me know. Don't lose the Clifford alarm if you need Cat 1 for the insurance as the std toyota one is not Cat 1. Cheers mate.
  12. Not my one! Another one. Come and take a look some time... Nick
  13. I have a nice one to put up soon... Black 96 auto retrimmed... coming up!
  14. For anyone who has buggered one up doing a conversion. paid £35 for the pair. Dog ate one. One remaining. £15?
  15. Got mine. How do you set it off? Instructions are in Jap?
  16. Not looked at this yet but v keen. Quick qu though... where do you park? Is it a problem if you are loooooow? Nick
  17. Not sure...but I run: 245/40/18 285/35/18
  18. Yup - that's the ECU one too. Pete - I had the photos etc and wiring diagrams you posted but mine was just a completely different unit. NB my ABS unit matched the wiring diagrams Martin (mkivstore) sent me. So there we have it - the full range of VVTi ABS and ECU wiring diagrams. Any chance of shifting this thread and pinning it?
  19. Just for the record, some advice for fitting RLTC to the J-Spec VVTi. There have been a couple of threads on this, but my ABS unit was different to the ones that have been posted up before - my larger side of the unit had 22 pins as opposed to the 26 that most other people have found. Below is the picture of the ABS unit and where the wires go/which wheels they relate to. Best advice I could give is to test by plugging in a multimeter and spinning the wheels. Then, once fitted up, before you put everything back together, plug the computer in and spin each wheel again (and do the revs) to check it is registering on the RLTC software. Bit of overkill but didn't want to find out it was wrong/not registering having put everything back together! On the ECU, the wiring was as in the other posts, the main point being that the injectors are wired in sequential order (654321) rather than the order 432165 as per the published wiring diagram. Hope that helps someone in the future. To clarify the ABS wiring is: A-3 (Red) A-19 (White) B-1 B-3 Not sure what the last 2 colours were - Emin, do you remember? It was down as purple/purple on the wiring diagram if you recall....
