  1. I just phoned em and couldn't get quoted. They said due to my employment status 'unemployed' they couldn't insure me
  2. Nothing it looks awful!! I think this design of the Primera isn't a touch on previous ones.
  3. I was commenting on the irony of the situation. I know several lesbian couples who have the same male/female roles. It is not usually picked when they get together, its is adopted by the personality of each person. In the case of two of my friends, one is very masculine (you wouldn't wanna meet her on a dark night in a blind alley!) and the other is quite feminine. They are planning a Civil Partnership later this year and are both wearing dresses, even though one of them is more masculine than the other. In the case of the couples that have been seen already, it's what they feel comfortable in. Some women dont feel comfortable wearing dresses and choose trousers instead.
  4. No I didn't edit the posts, Marty did. He could see that my comments were not subjective and I was getting stressed, so he edited them. So please dont think I was copping out, it was taken out of my hands. I am not going to post on this thread anymore, whatever I say seems to start more bullshit and its futile. Obviously everyone has got their own opinions on it, sort it out yourselves. Im out of here.
  5. sorry guys, just needed to blow off some steam
  6. So I have have i..? Guys please remind me when I have come to the SEM in a fucking pink shirt and hot pants..
  7. Oh 4K off! Straight parents can 4k up a childs head, as good as any gay ones. Kids that are in the arena during their parents splitting up and going their seperate ways, who are teased by their parents that their mummy/daddy is a bad person and they would have such a better life with them. I have seen this first hand with some very close family friends. The boyfriend of the wife turned up at a family christmas, all shit kicked off and the whole holiday was ruined the kids were deeply hurt, etc. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND A COUPLE OF POOFS/DYKES! NONE!!
  8. I think this thread should be closed, the reason being before I say some bad stuff and make myself some enemies.
  9. Of course you can come up and see us Si.
  10. Guys check out http://mad2.co.uk/wedding You will find all the pics from the day here, plus all the newspaper artcles etc. Enjoy and Happy Christmas
  11. I've probably got the quote wrong, so please forgive me. Jasper Carrott in one of his shows ripping the P!$$ as he usually does, said "The Reliant Robin - for people who can't afford a proper bike!" This Dump Valve Simulator, seems to be the same thing...A poor imitation
  12. Hehehehehehe gotta ge Marty on the road yet, then we can accru the the points!! Yeah sorry for the leaness of posting recently. Have had a lot going on what with the wedding for one, plus job interviews, college and other misc. stuff
  13. Hehehehehehehe Thanks for all your kind words guys "Good luck to you! Interesting article says youve wanted to do it (get married) for a long time and but that youve only known each other 18 months!!" What we mean is, we have wanted to be able to marry and be with someone as a married couple for a long time. "Does one of you change their surname or anything?" Yeah we are going to double barrel the surname so it will be Anderson-Amesbury. We have to draw up a Statutory Declaration of name change to do that, which we can do ourselves (you can find the documents online and change the words to suit) nad get it sworn at a solicitor, costing £5-£10 per person. We are hoping we are gonna get some work coming in again soon, we can then plan our honeymoon, which is probably gonna be in the USA. I have got a telephone interview with a company in a couple of minutes, so fingers crossed. I got an unwelcome wedding gift from Wiltshire Constabulary yesterday too. An SP30 going through Wilton A36. Ahh well shit happens!!!
  14. Sorry for the lateness in posting this thread, but we had a busy day yesterday and today has been equally busy. As all of you know, the laws in the UK allowing gay couples to marry was passed on 5th Dec. We couldn't have the ceremony for 16 days after the registration, which was yesterday. The ceremony was excellent, the registrar performed the ceremny without a hitch. But just incase, he gave us advanced apologies if he slipped up, as the Civil Partnership ceremony is different to his usual ones. We had our reception at the local Cricket Club House. The ladies there put on a lovely spread and the wedding cake(s) was provided by our very own master of the piping bag, Sheena aka Amazing Grace. More pictures will follow from the event, but attached this message are a few tasters. Also attached are some press cuttings from the local newspapers "Western Daily Press" and "Gloucester Gazette"

  17. Just got sent this by a mate, it's great!! I wouldn't wanna be the wireman on that job though, setting it all up must have been a nightmare!! http://rolke.dyndns.org/ftp/WizardsofWinter-SM.wmv It does require sound to get the full effect, thus why it's marked Semi Work Safe (SWS) Enjoy!!
