  1. Would I get that from Toyota dealer who does Lexus parts ?
  2. I really need one with the airbag, I suppose I could try and source airbag separately, how much do you want for the steering wheel ?
  3. I am trying to locate an original pre facelift with an airbag

    MOT FAIL

Bit of an update, where I took the car for the MOT that failed I took it back to a month later and they wouldn't even test it as the MOT tester ( different tester to the last one ) said I don't have an airbag on the steering wheel so no point doing another MOT, now, the previous tester at this garage did not mention this or put it on the fail sheet and it's passed the previous 3 MOT tests without a mention !!! Anyone else had this issue ?
  13. Cheers, I will see what my garage finds out !
  14. I do indeed have those lights on, what did Keiron charge you back then for a working alternator ?
  15. On board voltage guage showed a drop in the last week and multimeter confirmed after starting car no increase in voltage, I'm guessing an issue with Alternator unless someone else knows what else might cause this issue ?
  16. Hi Do you still have the Steering wheel and where are you for picking up ?

    MOT FAIL

Thanks for replies, Indeed the welding required is on the sills not inside the car, been quoted £100 a side, I will post a photo up if I can, this car is in project phase and the underneath really needs derusting and coating !!! Exhaust was fixed for £30, minor weld and Lambda put back, rear ball joints being done next week along with a new rear number plate which also failed ! Only last week picked up car after having Tein Street Basis Z Coilovers fitted

    MOT FAIL

Exhaust emissions likely to be affected by an exhaust leak ( front lambda sensor falling out ) Failed both n/s/r and o/s/r seat belt anchorage prescribed area strength or continuity significently reduced ( n/s/r and o/s/r outer sill ) Rear registration plate Inscription missing Suspension component ball joint excessively worn nearside and offside rears If I remove the rear belts as they are never used will it be no longer part of the MOT ? Is the sensor an easy fix ?
