Thanks for the replys! I do prefer the looks etc of the blitz but for performance i think it has to be the greddy profec. Its so big though, has anyone got pics of their installs?

Im in need of a electronic boost controller but not sure which one to go for. I have done a search and come up with various results and but the most popular seems to be the greddy profec controller Greddy profec I also like the blitz sbc id-iii Blitz sbc id3 I prefer the look/design of the blitz and the main thing i like is it will display other functions like a/f ratio, water temp, oil pressure etc with an extra harness adaptor. For this reason alone im being swayed towards the blitz but i might get emanage at a later date (50/50 chance) Can anyone tell me what they use? which they prefer? does the greddy profec display extra info like a/f ratio or water temp as that would sway it for me! Yer I was with the girlfriends family for a meal so had to take the family car option!

Right... Turbos have been stripped and checked and they say seals are fine??? they have replaced them anyway but are adament that the reason its smoking and useing oil is nothing todo with the turbos? any ideas?

i was doubtfull too but i had the same problem, mine kept falling off! If you look at the furthest point up, underneath the first pod then thats where mine is and as i sais you really cant see it, the bulge from the pod keeps it well hidden, if i had my car with me id take a pic so you could see, if it helps?

With my a pillar i used the sticky pads for the top bit that goes above the door, on the main part i put a small black screw under the first gaugepod you really cant see it and obveously it holds well

I had my turbos sent to local turbo specialist as we thought the seals had gone as they were useing loads of oil, they have been stripped (blades replaced foc, if you have seen my other thread) and they have said there is nothing wrong with the seals??? We have checked the breather system before taking the turbos out, we even disconnected the pipe from turbos to intercooler and reved engine and oil poured out of the pipe to indicate it was a problem with the turbos. ive used nearly 5litres of oil in approx 600miles and it still pours out the dump valve. The turbos are still out is there anything anyone can suggest i check before putting them back in? this is getting so fustrating

I had it done when i had the respray so the bodyshop done it, as far as i know all they needed to do was to cut the hole and it clipped in.

When i changed mine i went for something a little different

One is for "kickdown" on the autobox from what ive been told
