  1. I have just removed my old glove box which had a DVD player installed in it. It has been a bit butchered on the inside but fine on the outside. Ideal if you are installing something in you glove box and dont want to butcher your own. Offers????
  2. I have just ordererd a set of UK headlights so my colour coded J-spec with Angel eye conversion will be for sale soon. I will leave it open to offers until my UK's turn up and are fitted (sat hopefully). The colour of the inners is Peugeot Aegean blue.
  3. EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force by controlling a motor installed in the shock absorber while being seated in the driver's seat. Since the damping force can be manually controlled with ease to meet different situations, the driver can enjoy variations in the suspension setting.
  4. Finally managed to finish fitting my EDFC motors (Thaks to Gaz at ENVY) and managed to get my Strut brace back on with the motors too

    Side exit exhaust?

anyone know have any specs, pics, how hard it is to do, etc? Oh, and comments on how loud it is?

    Side exit exhaust?

would be nice and different though
  7. Just wondering if anyone had done this to a soop? I know it would be F#cking loud
  8. I was there all weekend on my mates stand. It was very poor compared to Doncaster. Nice drift action but the track was not used to its full potential really. One good thing i did see that made me smile was a Supra with a tow bar. It was towing a trailored RX7
  9. Right, i have finally got round to fitting my EDFC. Fitted the rear motors fine, no problem. Came to do the front and the threads are larger so dont fit my flex setup. I then had another read of the instructions and it does say to check the thread size as some are different The question is now, how and where can i get two more motors of the same size thread as the rears?

    conversion rhd to lhd

Could always buy an auto and do a manual conversion, probably end up being cheaper than a RHD to LHD conversion.
  11. OK, i get ya. Cheers for the help. I will go and have a play to see if i can sort it.
  12. I have got a problem with my power meter where the max speed memory will only go to about 110mph. The current speed that i am doing seems fine until i hit about 90ish then it just gets stuck. I have checked my connection to the pink wire and that is fine. Could it be something to do with my speedo convertor? It was already fitted before i bought the car and not checked it yet. Would it be worth just replacing it with a TRL unit or not? Hope someone can help, its doin' my head in.
  13. I have the following written on the back of my 19" wheels: 19x8JJ 690Kg 060 et Does that mean they are 60mm offset? I have to use spacers to clear the front brakes whith them. All four have these markings, rears have 255 rubber and the fronts 235.
  14. Apparently i can get the second set (less chavvy of the two) in 35mm front and 35mm rear, would this be ok? A lot better than 20mm fronts. Still got no money but nice to know though.
  15. I like the second one more too, First one would be a bugger to keep shinny aswell. Would 20 offset fit? or would it stick out of the arch too much. I was guessing the rear at 35 would just but not sure about the front.
  16. Bored again tonight, does anyone know if these wheels would be ok for the soop? Can't afford them though http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-G35-350Z-SUPRA-RUFF-RACING-278-STAGGERED-WHEELS_W0QQitemZ8041882047QQcategoryZ43959QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem or http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=8003137171&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT The second set have offset of +20 at the front and +35 at the rear.
  17. Anyone got any opinions on this i spotted on ebay? Not in the market for one but just spotted it while bored: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8043785163&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8043787265&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT
  18. It is true that they are a lot more of a pain in the arse to fit but if you do i right it will be a lot better performance. My doors were bolt on, then they needed welding anyway and are a right pain in the arse to use. I usually squeeze out rather than mess about lifting the door. I had mine done a few years ago though and i presume the kits have come on a bit now. Oh and i think the universal one i have put a link for can go higher than most bolt ons. Saying all that mine doo look good when they are up and you can see throught the soop.
  19. very similar to these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Protocol-Upright-Vertical-Lambo-Door-Kit-NEW-NR_W0QQitemZ8044233940QQcategoryZ36475QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  20. In my experience you should go for a GTF style kit, i bought a cheaper kit and now regret not getting the other. They have TWO rams per door to make it that bit easier to push up and pull down. It is not bolt on but done well will be mile better than the others. Just my opinion from experience i have had.
  21. I have set my power meter up correctly (i think) but on the Speed screen (speed now, max speed) it will not go any higher than aroung 110 mph (both speed now and max speed). Does anyone know of a reason for this? Is this a common thing? I have reset the scale to have a max of 250 too. I don't think i have explained it very well to be honest but i hope someone can help.
  22. Nice bird mate, they are very pretty.
