  1. Most cars without any from of restriction (decat + performance exhaust) seem to get around 1.3-1.4 barg. They use a restrictor ring to limit this to a (considered) safe level of around 1.1-1.2 barg. I would be interested to see what sort of boost you get without any boost controller, but would think that you could probably get to this 1.1-1.2 barg level with a boost controller, manual or not. The main thing is to ensure that you have a pressure gauge to see waht levels of boost you get. if you hit 1.4 barg with the cats out, adjust yer boost controller. If you only get 1.1 barg. I would just leave it as it is.
  2. I think Volk's are pretty good when it comes to squeezing big brakes under them. I don't know for sure though. The Do Lucks should as I have seen photos of the Do Luck wheels with Ap Racing 6 pots.
  3. Or big six pots The AP Racing ones are difficult to get under alot of rims (apparently), I can't afford to buy them.........yet
  4. Yeah, and with a 100 shot of NOS
  5. Why is an American company getting somebody in Sweden (who doesn't even work for them) to post on their behalf? It doesn't do much for thier credibility if they can't be bothered to do it themselves.

    Mpg??

So does my TT. You should note that Faye has an aftermarket exhaust and decat, which will consume a little more fuel over standard. The actual MPG isn't much different between them, however, you can get away with putting normal unleaded fuel in an NA. Jap TT's need expensive Optimax or Ultimate really (as they are designed for higher RON fuels in the mother land)
  12. I couldn't get mine converted. Or get any UK based CD's for Nav system. I also spent ages looking/emailing companies and manufacturuers to find out.
  13. For the record, I am with you on the multi colour dash thing. I did actually mean for him to use a matt finish to keep the original look. I actually sprayed mine metallic black, which I think looks really good. It looks like tyhe car was designed with it as it blends in with the rest of black interior. Just IMO it looks classy!
  14. Shin, I think I will have the same problem as Adam. Mine are Volk Racing AV3. Are they any other Volk caps that would fit the centres that I could consider changing to?
