I reckon your alternator does not charge properly or battery completely dead and does not hold power any more. Easy to check. KWIK FIT and most garages will rectify for free.

Thanks guys - I need to say after spending last week in a garage it is a horrible job - could not do it every day.

Hi Gents, Just bought UK spec glass headlights - it states that I need HB4 and HB3 bulbs although on the headlight it is written that HB4 needs to be rated at 51W - only bulbs I found are 55W is it ok to use it? Whats the difference between HB3 ad HB4?

Awesome. Manual is the only way to go

More smiles through the post - again great Thanks to Keron - sort me out with some superb quality used parts and gave me great prices on new parts : After inspecting condition of 21year old base primer decision was made car needs to go to bare metal everywhere:
-
I would like to say big thank You for all bits and bobs sourced from Keron in last few weeks. Thank You very much.

Ok. Quick update. Had to take time off work to help a bit, we decided to strip car to bare metal on some panels and start from scratch. We bought paint for the car, which costed £400 on its own - but it is the best one on the market - quality wise. Had a bit of a laugh as car will probably loose a kg or more from the bonnet as it was painted like 6 times hahah - photo: Rest of the car got two layers, which means car was already resprayed in Japan - at some stage, although for 21 years old is not so bad apart from the bonnet...having tons of paint. Roof: and other work: More extras:

Thanks for kind comments. Car stays factory black. I do not have any massive tunning plans it is perfect for full BPU. I like it because it is very quiet. I am getting old now

Some photos from the bodyshop - for those asking it is just a space were car is being stripped it will be painted in the professional spray cabin.

Hi Everyone, I would like to start my small restoration project for a car I dream of since being a teenager. I looked at square R32/R33 (could not afford R34 - still even more square ) and never liked their shape - SUPRA had always it`s own classic look. So after paying deposit at JM IMPORTS few months earlier, on Friday 14th November 2014 I made my way from London to Newcastle to pick it up. Even with tired paint (that I knew about) car was just gorgeous. It is the all mighty 1993 RZ TT 6speed 40k miles - proper supra ( Few pictures from Japan: From JM Imports: Having so many months to think about what I want to do and how to make the car as I wanted I send over few tasty parts for a start (they were fitted by Jurgen at JM - thanks for great prices). So I got myself: Blitz Nur Spec RX exhaust: Tein Super Street coilovers: and finally hated by some but loved by me for their look and price: Bronze Rota Grid Drift front 9.5j et38 with Yoko AD08 245/40/18 , rear 10j et35 with Yoko AD08 265/35/18: 300miles to get home were mental and best I ever had in my life car got only exhaust fitted and feels so much better than my previous Accord type R with 300bhp or 545i with 370bhp no comparison or match. Car went straight to the body shop, I had it only for one day - but it will be back in my hands in around 3 weeks in full glory - this will be a proper respray with full strip down, windows out etc. Pics to follow - I am there every day to check and help if I can.

Thank You guys, all in there

Welcome, Ex Honda enthusiast as well. My old car Accord Type R 2.2Vtec - 284bhp NA - was quick as well with kerb weight of 1200kg. One at the back is what I am currently driving while waiting for my Supra - Prelude BB4 2.2Vtec 270bhp with 1000kg kerb weight - quick as well Photo

I would change the end crank seal as well.

Hello Everyone, Ship with my supra is closing in...hahah I found the wheels, which I really like..I know they are not proper JDMs nor super brand but even on better brands could not find design, which I like. I am a bit confused what to take: Especially for the fronts: 18x9.5 et38 with 255/35/18 tyres - will I need to mod wheel arches? it will be about 7mm closer to the suspension strut and they will stick out 31mm more. Rears: 18x10 et35 with 275/35/18 tyres - or 285/30/18 or 295/30/18 - I will roll the arches to make space, they will be about 1mm closer to the suspension strut and stick out 28mm more. I am really worried abut front scrubbing when turning. Car will be lowered around 35mm front and 30mm rear on coilovers. What do you think guys Help...
