  1. He was driving it in auto mode....manu mode and it would have had a far better chance.
  2. standard clutch but lightened fly.....will aid spoolup.
  3. Chin up mate....it could have been many times worse!!!
  4. There ya go!!! Club spirit rides again!!
  5. Yeah...Dude will sort ya geometry out!!
  6. I'm going to eat a big bowl of scrambled egg in my driveway, just to show the little sh!ts what I'm capable of!!!
  7. That sucks mate....1st thing I'd do is pay £45 to get it laserligned, see where the problem lies, then find a wing in the right colour and fit it up.....you can do this yourself with help from everyone on here....I'm thinking £150 will see it back as good as new ...
  8. We want videos with lots of sound! I bet it sounds amazing and goes just as well. yeah....that!
  9. My centres aren't chromed, they're powder coated, but its flaking like crazy, being 18 yrs old etc. I dont want the upkeep of fully polished wheels, plus, I dont like the look of the centres polished anyway. I'm getting them looking as new for £40 the set! I'd be a fool not to.
  10. Chrome plated wheels are a PITA, i just stripped one of my VOLK CV-Pros down today ready for refurbing....took me 15 mins to remove all 30 bolts and split the 3 pieces apart....centres are going to be dipped and stripped then recoated at £10 each.....(inc centre plates). I have the bolts soaking in thinners to help loosen all the brake dust that has accumulated over the last 18 years, then I'll dress and polish the outer lips and sympathetically cleanse the rear barrels (this is due to the original RAYS Engineering specification stickers being intact) and then rebuild them all up ready for sale! The widths and offsets dont suit the Supra...so have decided to hang handling and go for 19's! I'd recommend getting these wheels of yours stripped back and powdercoating them, chrome is awful and if you get them done in a colour you like, you migth decide to use them!!

    changing reg

You can also sell it straight on and have it transferred to the buyers car without bothering with retention etc.
  12. Yeah....a proper 4x4 is the only way to go when towing...I always used Shogun 2.8's or Hilux surf 3.0's.. I noticed the difference even with a SWB 2.8 Paj, it was horrible. I moved a Supra years ago for Jurgen on the back of one of my 2.8 LWB paj's. Took it about 400 miles and never felt so secure towing a car on a trailer.
  13. Yeah, true, but I work on the towcar being heavier as it just feels safer to me.
  14. rapid lock to lock kills them off mate
  15. I've seen it listed at least 4 times now.
  16. Never buy a car that has its air filter hanging off........
  17. When they send you to the stores for a long stand, get me a bag of sky hooks will you? Cheers.
  18. I use red Scotchbrite to key surfaces before painting. Simply removes the shine and doesn't bite too hard into paintwork. Then you'll need to panel wipe it to remove any silicone based contaminants, this prevents 'fisheyes' and then primer and paint etc....use a hairdrier to keep the job warm, it will aid paint drying and promote a deeper shine.
  19. Airbox inc delivery?? Send it by donkey if it keeps the cost down!!
