  1. I take it you are still working late down the unit? I will pop over. I made need your bracket making skills to locate my bov.

  3. Do you think its worth dropping a blitz panel filter in as well before giving the reset? We need to go out for a run at some point as well!
  4. I have left the first cat in. The pipe is 3" back from that to the backbox.
  5. When it was first done the revs were more responsive and it did feel quicker. So maybe get a restrictor ring fitted?
  6. I have just had my exhaust fitted with a single pipe from the first cat back. It sounds great but i feel down on performance. I seem to have to push the car hard to get it to boost, the gauge is reading right so do i need to fit a more free flowing air filter and give the ecu a reset? I also fitted a HKS SSQV but the gauge is reading -0.8 at tick over and 0.8 on boost so i dont think there is any leaks with that.
  7. Mine is my daily drive but i did think about getting a cheap car just for the snow and ice. I get stuck by work a couple times in my N/A during the snow 2 years ago, now i have a TT auto i dont think i will bother even tring to use it for work when we have snow this year.

  9. I have reset the ecu, boost and power is back but still the little niggle vibration througth the steering and gear stick. The only thing thats different was i have had the belt changed at service so maybe it needs adjusting?
  10. It was done with the engine running. The clips were changed about 6 weeks ago and it has just had a new set of plugs. Is there a way to check the coil packs?
  11. I have checked the fluid and its bang the top of hot. Also the fluid was a nice red. I took it our for a 15/20 min run then parked went from P to L and back again before i checked the level. so any ideas?
  12. I Will be doing that later if it is just low fluid can you top through the dipstick hole?
  13. 1994 TT turbo no mods. I have been noticed that when the car is in drive I am starting to get quite a bit of vibration when in drive and stationary. If I put it into park its fine. I have also noticed that I seem to be down on power everything it boosting right and the gauge is reading 0.7. It seemed to accelerate a lot quicker before. Any ideas on what it could be or where to start looking. Or even better somewhere to take it for them to have a look I am based in Wolverhampton.
  14. I want to change the air filter in the standard air box i have been looking at pipercross and K&N. any tips on what i should go for or a brand i have not considered.
  15. I think i might just fit the restrictor ring anyway as i will need it later down the line.
  16. I have been been given a HKS ssqv with the correct fitting for a supra. However no bracket or pipework, i dont think there is anywhere you can buy just the fittings . Any ideas on how to go about geting the bits i need to fit it?
  17. I am getting my nur spec fitted saturday morning and i was going to the second cat removed but now seeing that when its cold you need FCD, i am thinking go cat back until i am ready to go full decat or at least until i get a FCD.
