Dont believe everything you see on these sorts of things, they go way over the top to make good TV, these files were never 'secret'. SIGACTS are NOT classified information unless they contain information involving the death of an ISAF soldier. Until then they are disclosed but are not that hard to obtain. The TV shows the torture of Iraq Nationals which i am 100% against but i have yet to see a show on the horrible torture methods they used on US troops, I doubt many people would know about the 4 US PSD operators they turned inside out and hung from a bridge?? Sorry to rant, did 2 tours of Iraq myself and now i work here permanently all this show will do us cause more hate against us, over here and back at home

I travel to Jordan, Iraq, Dubai, Turkey 4 times a year and i find that the Arabs seem to love putting stamps in my passport. I swear there having competions of who can put the most in!? Pain in the ass as i found out the hard way if you dont have 3 blank pages you have to have it renewed before traveling!

Hint on protein MONSTER MILK!! Best shake on the market IMO and Muscle milk before bedtime. Both have very high protein content and i believe are the lowest fat shakes, also are prob the best tasting. Ive been off training for a while now but im gonna be stocking up again on these ready to start next month. For Mass i would also recommend Gaspari, few friends are on this and have had good results. Also i would get some Animal Cuts, helps you stay 'cut up' whilst on the shakes and heavy training and also help remove the 'bad stuff' from the food your eating

Replaced my radiator pipe yesterday and when i took the temperature sensor out (blitz one that goes straight to me dial) it literally had cracked in 2. Just wondering if anyone had a spare knocking round before i buy a new one (also i put a bolt in the hole for now so i can continue to drive, will that hold?) Thanks all Elliott
