Hi everyone, im still hunting down a nice supra for myself, but, i the mrs found my 'sensible' hat and made me put it on so to that end, im putting up a budget of around 6-7k. the rest of my cash from my tour will go towards the house. so, i am basically looking for a Twin turbo aero preferably or hard top. manual if i can too... but i know manual tt's for that price are rare lol. i have the cash in the bank now but collection wont be until the beginning of january but i could always get my dad to pick it up.... please email me with a link to your classified or specs with pics. thanks, Dan

We can definatly meet up when i get mine, as you know the roads round my way are nice. a big meet up round there could be good. jazzy, id like to spend around 10k but as i said i would pay more if the car warrented it, would have to wait a bit for the cash to keep building tho

thank for all the info guys, its a great help. im not sure wot bpu stands for, i tried using the link to find out but 'computer says no' if i cant buy the high power with my budget id settle for a mint body with full kit and basic mods and build from that but thats last resort. im glad jurgen has seen this post, i will be contacting him. hopefully he will brush away my fears with a bit of explaining of how it all works. p.s good to hear from you jon h, hows that beautiful blue of yours going?

As some of you know ive been looking at buying a Supra for a while now, im currently serving in afghanistan and have been able to save a healthy deposit and by the time im home for R&R il be able to buy. I need the communities help because i havnt quite got the internet time to do some final scouting about (afghanistan does that to ya) I was hoping you would all be able to help me look, spot the good ones and post them on this forum. Or if you are selling up yourself, tell me about it. traders welcome too (possible import job?) heres the score... I have about 10k to spend. i will have more but will only go more if the car warrents it. up to 5k deposit is available now. I want something special!!! It needs to be in MINT condition with low miles, a twin turbo, manual 6 speed only! when i say i want something special i mean something which has been highly tuned so that i only have to do a few things to make it my own. ie 500-600 hp (if possible) i would like the car to have a full body kit. Everyones help would be very welcome, advice too! For the person who finds me the car i buy i will send a crate of beer of thier choice as a thank you. yeah it aint the best of things with todays social and religous climate! the mirror hasnt contacted me or anything asking if im ok with my face in it.... especially when it says clearly that i killed two people that day. could bite me in the arse... maybe i need a supra sooner rather than later so i can speed away if needed...?!
