  1. Pretty chuffed today... Im 24 with 6 years driving experience and only 2 years no claims, we live out in the sticks but cars a put in locked garages. 94 GZ TT Previous insurer; Admiral... Third party, fire and theft, excess of £1000 and no extras like breakdown cover or windscreen. And thats with Mrs and dad as named drivers... cost £1146 Gave Sky a call to try my luck, Fully comp.. Me the only named driver and breakdown cover... cost £900!!!! im pleased with that!!! for me! now insured with Sky! Thanks to Sky team
  2. Im running a 71 in now and 'seems' ok at 1.2 with ability to do 1.7 (occasionally). I agree with what your saying Stonkin.
  3. liking the pod gauges.... from where and how much mate?
  4. Its said the standard automatic box is capable of taking 550bhp. Is anyone nunning this or close to on an auto? how is it coping? the reason im asking is so i know what i can SAFELY do. Im pushing 440 now but theres a desease called 'i-want-more' what you guys think? can anyone speak from experience? p.s i know 6sp man would be better for more power but i like the gt style cruising from an auto.   8. Well, after my teething problems Dude has come and taken away my supra. After the dramas of getting his trailor into the drive, then a huge oil leak and my mrs even having to sit in the drivers seat (fear of god in me!) we sat down and had a chat about what he can do for me. It was a great feeling when he said 'its a good one' ,my supra. Theres going to be a few changes, Maybe even a nice brand new turbo this week!!! will keep you all updated as the project goes on. one happy chappy
  9. well that was all ana positions when we were there. our stand to was all from the tower back with the sangars surrounding. hated that place

    i did a trip from gatwick to norfolk, 2 and 1/2 hours drive.. around 70-80mph motorways. started with a full tank and still had over two 3rds left when i got home. i think supras can be really good on fuel
  19. id do it at home if i knew exactly what i needed
  20. i wouldnt want to do much work myself yet.... would know what i need... still got problems with the sticky wastegate valve

  22. its an tt jamie. got a tt gz masey. having teething problems tho. my thoughts exactly marty but i cant get it anywhere to put a braided line on it as i cant move it

  24. Could someone please point me towards a good trader/garage/workshop in east anglia/norfolk area that could get my supra back up to standard? work that needs doing. Wastegate needs attention. Oil return needs replacing. fire damage cleaned up. full service. thanks
