Checked mine today at work and thankfully they still look almost new. -
Yep 1:18 scale I guess I was just lucky. I normally find FOS and the Goodwood revival meets good for picking up decent models as there are loads of trade stands.

Cripes are they really worth that much, I paid a tenner for a silver kyosho one from a guy who owned a Supra and a model shop. Mines got a wobbly wheel aswell.

I've had both and its the MX-5 for me. Go on the owners forum, don't think many are hairdressers, a lot of them are track day addicts though.

The point, which I clearly should have made much clearer was of a topical nature, although directed at Rich because he is from a part of the country that was supposed to bear the brunt of the storm and an area I was due to visit. Having said this I did see a wheelie bin that had been blown over.

The reason I ask is that the wife and I are going on holiday tomorrow to St Ives just in time for the storms, great. Would'nt be so ad but we are coutinuing our next section of the South west coastal path.

My wife is a nurse and used to regularly give blood until one day the dopey nurse punctured my wifes artery causing massive pain and bleeding. However giving blood is a fantastic thing to do and saves the lives of 1000's of people every year.
