  1. The temp here in Southampton is 23degrees, lucky I'm from Scotland so I wear a T-shirt all the time anyway Annoyingly tempting:( Definitely will pop by your bit on the way home buddy, both of our engines combined will produce as much power as a Bpu TT lol
  2. Flight time ahhhhhhhhhh:d
  3. If I did not have money tied up an a new venture then I would have already taken the block, I sent you a pm Johnny
  4. Ohhh I must have missed your reply.....cough (stop it)
  5. Thanks buddy Yeah I still have the Black TT, which will be getting the spoiler I bought off you man I'm mega excited about the drive home, best part of the deal Thanks man, it was to tempting not to buy, well worth the boot in the family jewels I received
  6. :)Hi everyone, so the day has come to pick up my new Supra and i must say that i am rather excited. I just sold my Silver NA-TT which was always going to be a project style car, but if im honest i was never really a fan of the 199 Silver paint-job but still fancied having a go at sorting out the issue's that the previous owner was unable to address. Anyway less of the boring stuff and more of the details, I will be travelling local to collect the car : http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADFA_enGB464GB465&q=BASINGSTOKE+TO+DUNBAR . Dont worry i will be flying down to Southampton then driving back from there . Here is the Supra in question : http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?275439-Facelift-(P-reg)-SZ-R-White-Supra-6-Speed-Manual-£3750-ono I know there were many interested parties in this Sup due to the Box, but for the meanwhile the box will be sitting putt, with a few nice aestetic alterations (OEM Spats etc). Flying out at 2.20pm and im literally about to pee my pants in excitment. will update with a few pics via my Pie-phone
  7. I love this car and those rims are just something else. Superb

  11. I would love to, but its part of her Birthday present so its kinda shady backing out now, plus she just allowed me to buy another Sup so i dont wanna upset her
  12. SPG

    hello

    Welcome Lothian one
  13. No worries at all mate, I'm just observing whilst you supply the answers
  14. I guess sometimes having a crappy week day car makes for an even more exciting drive when you get a chance at weekends, you clearly love the Do-luck Sup and in your eyes it is the Ultimate Supra, but you really do come across as wanting to upgrade your everyday life (wife included) and doing that will be more satisfying than having your dream car in your possession. It's a tough call but atleast you have a well documented memory of reaching your target car (epic trip to collect her/him), and let's be honest most of us don't manage to buy out dream cars, but from a distance (where I am standing) it looks like you are one of the lucky few that have been there and done that. You have a nice family dynamic going on and I can see they mean a lot to you, so my honest opinion would be to let her go for the right price, and if she does not sell then it was not meant to be, and you can take it as a sign that you were supposed to keep her.
  15. I was only messing about your hair buddy, I saw your pic from the SRD pics with the cheesy grin and the bushy hair . Can I ask you if you have any intentions of joining Team-Mutiny (GTR Converts)
  16. I reckon the Do-luck Supra is exactly right in most ways and you have a great desire to keep her that way, this is all fine and dandy but I reckon it might get a little annoying (IMO) if you cannot alter things on your own car without ruining its heritage etc. upgrading our cars and making changes large/small is what makes owning our car so fun. Saying all of the above is fine, but concentrating on other life choices and family ultimately must be the right thing to do. Good luck with whatever you do mate, put a twenty aside if you do sell the Sup and get a Hair ye hippy
  17. Mate i reckon you want to be removing that breather filter on the cam-cover, i have heard of horror stories about oil leaking out of these and causing a fire hazard. Other than that it looks great buddy
  18. (maybe check on your phone incase you are at work) Sounds good to me
  19. Nah i just thought that the regular "bump" would not get the desired response and i know that "BUM" would act as a honey trap for a quicker response . On a serious note, when we getting a meet going? i have news to share (Supra related)
