Staying the same colour, it was only to be a touch up and it sort of got out of hand. lol -
the prob was when we took out the front window it had be replaced very poorly at a time and water had got in and rotted the the top corner of the drivers window post and just at the edge of the roof. Could have done a quick repair but desided to cut out the rust and weld in some new metal which took a long time to get right. No point in taking short cuts, when its being done get it done right!

welcome to the club. go with the r154 much stronger box than the w58. make sure it has the right bellhousing. do some research plenty wrote about the two boxs

Very bad new guys i'm not going to make it to the RR, as the car will not be finished on time, sorry for letting yous down at this short notice and if my space has already been booked i will pay what it would have cost me to get her RR if it keeps the day ok for the rest of the members. I totally gutted i'm not going to have her at the RR but if i have to work at her until the small hours of sunday morning i will be doing it to get to the drag.

A little quick question about the judging of the show and shine. I'm not doing it but was wondering should a newer a car not be judged the same as a older car. I mean you cant have a 14+ year old supra be judged the same as say gtr that might not be a year old. I always thought that unfair as a mate took his super clean 87 celica to a show and shine one time and a polo that was only a couple months old won it! What do yous think.

if it breaks it breaks. lol. i just hope my bloody gearbox box doesn't start playing up again. Times if the car is stuck in traffic for a while it doesn,t want to rev out up the gears and upshift, i think the fluid is getting to warm so i'm going to stick a second cooler with a fan on it and change the atm fluid and if it plays up again i'm going to have a autobox bonfire when i get home and get it pulled out of her! lol
