I am just after growing mate, not too botherd if i put some fat on as i seem to be able to lose it really fast aslong as i am still putting muscle on, my problem is finding a gym that is actually open when its suposed to be, trying a new one in the morn so wish me luck lol.

I take 4 lots of protein shake a day 2x powerbeck mass gainer and 2 x powerbeck milk and egg powder. Interesting thread Geo and glad you posted it. After a rocky couple of months (losing 1.5 stone, 4 gyms in 2 months etc) im back to 18 stone but now 16% BF, but being 6'4" i just still look like a lanky streak of piss

Im still here mate but cant face looking at supras, shouldnt have sold my last one but didnt think i needed it Was nothing to do with any of that was just fed up of the car at the time but the banter was always good, theres a few people on here who know that certain people were pissing me off but it was nothing to do with the jokes (i was one of the ones taking the piss out of NAs) Yes i am a baby twat.

SOLD Well thats the end of my supra ownership, car is being collected tomorrow night I am feeling very gutted that i have gone through with it but i really need to free up some cash, i will without a doubt return one day hoefully with a single tubby. Just want to say thanks to eveyone that has helped me over the years

Looking good mate and a very nice price you got it for, only issue I would have with that bike is I couldnt trust myself with disc brakes.

I dont mind getting slated for owning an NA mate, i chose to buy the car over a TT auto and dont regret it one bit.
