Yes and the area and occupation. Mines not too bad tho for a TT as i have no no claims bonus as its used on my Subaru. Plus i live out in the sticks in Devon and where i lived before in bham it was more than double than here -

Well i bite the top off it then i stick my tongue in the hole at the top and i lick out the cream then when i cant get my tongue any deeper i bite bit more off then lick again and the eat the chocolate. Like to take my time

Where there is speed bumps there is meant to be warnings so if i was you id take a pic of the begining of the road/street/estate to show there were no warning signs before they put them up then you cant prove there wasnt any.

Surely they should have the road lit up if there is speed bumps to avoid this happening to cars.
