Hi everybody, I have nearly just finished building a tt engine I was going to install I'm my car but again found another project engine so this is up for grabs, Re-honed block New ACL bearings Crank is mint Cylinder head has been rebuilt using cleaned and polished oem valves Brand new genuine valve stem seals. New head gasket and bolts Sump is already installed. The cylinder head will be bolted on Monday

Thanks Guys, i know its LOOOOOOONG, but i had the engine out and every part i need to do it. I thought if i dont do it now, i Never will. It WILLLLLL WORK. otherwise im burning it, LOL

Today the new loom was installed including the transfer of the alarm system and ABS pump, master cylinder, and front lines. Next week, i will be changing over the rear brake lines, (not looking forward to it). NON ABS only has 1 rear brake line that splits, ABS has 2 seperate lines. By the end of next week the car should hopefuly be complete.

OK, i know its been a long time, but i've now finally made the time to finish this project. I can confirm that the main loom IS different, the NA non abs has non of the wires required. The car was completely stripped out yesterday. The new ABS TT loom on the left, the old Non ABS loom to the right

Is nobody doing the manaul conversions any more? Reduced to £100 as I got some White paint on it, lol -
i know but if they are small pipes it wont be able to return enough fuel if your running a monster pump
