  2. yep, deffo the rubbers on the lip of the boot me thinks!
  3. i love fresh laquor, gives the impression of glass nice paintjob, and very nicly polished up, no haze from overspray or anything that ya can see! i think im gonna flash mine over with a new lick of paint over christmas time
  4. hmm its ok i guess. i had it a few months now on dvd. I would have to say tho at the moment one of my favourite films is still Iron man.. or that new incredible hulk folm, thats pretty good, or how about deathrace now thats sweet!
  5. get it in bloody writing or something.. mind judging by the power they seem to have in situations like this it prob wouldnt prove much, but atleast it gives you the peace of mind in knowing that its a legitimate offer of re employment otherwise they wouldnt do it. hope it works out for you buddy!!!
  6. oki just wondered as only ever seen the one LPG! im not hunting, I just got one not so long back, sorry was just been nosey! hope you get it sorted tho dude!
  7. is this that black one that up for sale on pistonheads by chance? i only mention with you sayin its LPG
  8. they could tidy up a bit for there "photoshoot" floors a mess..
  9. am i the only one who sees this problem as to large and so far reaching, i cant get my head around all the equations and variables that need to be taken into effect on the impact this will have economically on the whole country.. top and bottom i think the only thing anyone can do is what they feel is best for them, at the end of the day in my own personal oppinion a house, a car, a bank account its all things we feel we need and they give us re assurance and comfort in life, but all i need is my family, without them i aint got anything and i love having my little comforts in life but id choose my family anyday.. not tryin t start a huge argument or another debate, im just saying sometimes in life you have to stop and think about the things we all sometimes take for granted are the things that means the most when it comes down to it, money can be replaced, so can homes and cars and all that stuff if god forbid the absolute worse cme to the worst.. but how do you replace the love, support and comfort you get from your family, thats something far more inportant to me. just my own thoughts. anyways, carry on
  10. sounda like a right bummer, i hate garages that take months to complete a job and then it all goes wrong again. name and shame in big red letters! hope you get it sorted dude, really feel for you!
  11. i was lookin on pistonheads and autotrader and ebay for a few months, before i found one i really liked the look of that was within my budget.. i took my time tho once i found the car and i tried to get as much history as i could on it. im happy over all though, few stonechips here n there but thats an easy fix in time.. as long as there solid and mechanically sound thats the main thing.. cosmetic side you can always sort out at later date in my oppinion.
  12. looks like those bikes off that cartoon akira! lol and what the hell is goin on with that bloke, although his moustash is quite stylish.. pmsl!
  13. urgh, this looks a nightmare to do! anywhere in humberside anyone know of that can supply n fit?
  14. er, yush.. just a bit mate! think i made the bloke laugh when i went to buy it, he text me last night to see how it was and if got it home ok, i told him i would treasure it like it was a third nipple! pmsl!
  15. yeah have heard that thor ones are sort of the industry standard, ill get one of those fitted asap, first purchase! cheers for all the nice comments i just insured it this evening with sky, got club discount as im a paid member too! Supra duper!
  16. yeah had a quick look at the diagrams for the fogs, but im pants at electronics tbh, it just went over my head! it is a lovely drive, im well impressed with it! i do want to get it de restricted tho, seen some kits on ebay for £18.50, not sure if there any good though!! lol
  17. feels quick compared to a Corsa GSI, and £1450 which is what i traded for it. TBH I have to confess i dont know the validily of the dyno printout, i got a massive folder of paperwork with the car, everything from receipts for alarms, import, mot's, tax paperwork, exhaust paperwork etc.. a lot of the stuff goes as far back as japanese paperwork too although im not to sure what that stuff actually is! lol All i know is the prinout has the reg of the car on it and its a dyno readout. ill pop a picture on in a sec Im def not boasting bout it.. im just happy with my new motor thats all Yeah i think i may keep that aero spoiler on it too! i actually like the look of it tbh now have had a decent look around the car, the only part i DO want to sort is de restricting it, as it does feel limited once you get to 115 mph it drops down to 110mph and keeps doin it [never been in a limited car before tbh, so im assuming this is normal for a restricted ecu?] anyways, heres a snapshot of the printout, weather its real or not i dunno, its prob not, but even so.. im happy with my motor! http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/684/29092008520if0.jpg Really glad I took the advice of you guys on here and went for it, i was a bit iffy with it been an auto, but im pretty impressed overall Thanks everyone for your time and advice
  18. living the dream, best of luck to you buddy!
  19. nope, thought might have something like that but i cant see it! lol i did consult the instruction book, however its japaenese! lol Yeah found it now cheers, ill have a read soo how i do it! there are a few things im looking at doing, i dont kno how they got that far but it has stone chips on the roof, lots of little white dots, and also it gets to 115mph [im told ] and it brops back down the revs although its only at around 3700 rpm! The guy who had it was smashin bloke, and he gave me a big folder of receipts and history on the car, its been dyno'd at 246bhp, but i dont think any performance mods have been done to is aside from the exhaust! Im curious what else i can do to it to get more out of it, over time of course! thanks for the nice comments guys, looks like im gonna be in these pages for a wee' while to come!
  20. Hey guys, well I picked up my Supra today. I signed up about a week ago and posted up for some advice about the NA Auto, got lots of good answers that re assured me so I got the car I was looking at! anyways, theres still some stuff i wanna know, like how you delimit the thing, and the easiest way to get rid of the bolt of fog light, how to take off the rubber sil under the bumper, also how do you use the manual mode on an auto box! lol anyways, had the car about 8 hours but managed to take a few pics before the daylight faded.. so here she is.. http://img261.imageshack.us/img261/8505/28092008516vy3.jpg http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/9978/28092008517qm5.jpg http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/6660/28092008514ft9.jpg

  22. all i can say mate is i am gutted for you. i know where your comin from with your personal life tho, i was in a very similar situation in 2006 then i wrote my pride n joy off feb 2007. i was gutted too, but just stick with it, things DO get better main thing is your alright, you mentioned a part of the fence came through the side of the car, it could of been a lot worse so be thankful your not in hospital somewhere, and im sure you will replace the motor if wors comes to the worse. Chin up bud
  23. that made me s3xwee! free bump
