Have decided to go single turbo on my tt, and i am fitting new clutch which comes with flywheel. i had a southbend clutch and this flywheel fitted 1000 miles ago. clutch already sold. so i have a aasco light weight flywheel for sale only covered 1000miles. single turbo conv is booked in next friday so will be availible from then. £325

hi all think i need new o2 sensor owned my supe for few years and she never drank this much petrol before, toyota want £144 or i can get none gen one for £60, anyone had any problems with none gen o2 sensors? thanks

think it was the 300 75/90 which is prob why it started making a noise, i just hope no damage has been done was in for 1 week and 100 miles done with it, very low revs, cos i had clutch fitted recently to.

what weight is the toyota v160 gear box oil?

nah didnt pick up the oil, got some more rps. otherwise would have asked how they changed it when they didnt use my oil at the time, gonna go all out at them tomorrow, im really pissed. just dont understand the logic some people have, worlds full of c*cks

with clutch to the floor i can change gear and it doesnt creep, if i raise 5mm its at bitting point, thats with smaller slave fitted, do you think its a fitting issue or something else wrong like master cylinder i also noticed in the inspection panel for clutch that the release arm/folk was wobble slightly loose, should that be the case?

they used either motul gear 300 or motul dexron iii havent spoke to garage yet gonna go down tomorrow and find out what excuse they have. didnt want to do over phone.

with the smaller slave you get more travel right? i would have thought the smaller slave would have made bitting point alot higher, so with the longer slave i get less travel and no release of clutch, i struggle alit understanding the relation with slave size and peddle.

i got v160 gear box 6 speed tt. dont no where i stand with sueing but yeah not happy going down there 2morrow to have it out with them.

finally got the car back from garage i had to wait 3 weeks to get a complete slave from toyota, i tried a repair kit but didnt work, had to replace my slave for smaller poston slave, with this new set up my bitting point is at the very bottom even with the smaller piston, only just releases, im guess it may take a few miles to wear in, and bitting point might come up abit,

took my car in for gear box oil change, i gave them 2ltrs of rps and they decided not to use that and put some other crap in, and they didnt tell me. so i drive bout 100 miles and start hearing odd sound under the car like grinding or metal rubbing, i took my car to another garage who put the right stuff in, noise has reduced but is still there slightly i hope this odd sound will reduce. do you guys think this may have caused serious damage to my gear box?

so the szr 6 speed is a gold piston are the other two red (na and tt) or one of them gold, my next step then is to try get hold of szr slave seen as this solved dudes problem. do you think toyota will stock piston seperatly or would i have to get hole new slave
