  1. Think Ive got fixed up but will PM you guys if things turn out otherwise
  2. I think its the part but I wouldnt like to say. You need to weld those onto your steering column though by the way
  3. The parts were a shower of shite. Ive had to revert back to a normal boss off Paul Whiffin. Got it yesterday, will be fitting it with my TRD Horn this week and then posting up everything. Dread to think how much I wasted.
  4. Just wondered what people had really. Bought a knob off IDO but Im still after the mechanism. Obviously it needs to be cheap cos its just for fiddling.
  5. Do a search mate its covered loads. The auto box is very very good. The gearbox will hold you on hills or at inclined junctions and stop you rolling backwards. With no brakes on it will move forward at a slow rate.

    Celica Value?

Ill let him know, but Ill let him get back from having his enormous baby before I tell him. He wants around £4000 for it but Id seen them for about £3000 so thats what I thought.

    Wide arches?

Cheers guys!!! This is merely a flight of fancy to entertain me whilst Im saving up for wheels etc. I prefer the look of the rear concaved wheels on the Rota GTR/Grid alloys but the fronts look a little plain for me. And I fancied doing something a bit different. I also photoshopped it and it looked the b*llocks so it made me want to do it more! I may need to do a little shopping round/borrowing of wheels. Main reason I asked for alternatives is I dont like the lines of the VS arches and the others are a little dear. I nearly bought that silver one! Thought it was suspiciously cheap. Wheels look well though!

    Wide arches?

Are there any other means to wide-arches apart from the Do Luck wings, Ridox wings/arches and veilside ones? Im on about less of a project than a full TRD kit... My mission for 9.5 in Rota GTRs on the front continues Cheers James
  15. Get an HDI cos you can remap them and tune them just as you'd tune a petrol turbo engine (bigger intercooler, hybrid turbo etc)

    Celica Value?

Alright, Can someone please value my colleagues Celica AGE - X REG (2000 / 2001) ENGINE 1.8 VVTI COLOUR - BLACK SPEC - FULL PREMIUM PACK (LEATHER SEATS, AIR CON, ELECTRIC EVERYTHING,) SONY CD / TAPE / RADIO MILES: 82,000 OTHER INFO: SPOILER FITTED, ENGINE RE-BORE BY RRG (ROCHDALE) GARAGE & NEW CLUTCH AT APPROX 70,000 MILES, NEW PASSENGER SIDE QUARTER PANNEL @ GREYHOUND BODY SHOP (FEB 09). NEW FRONT TYRES NOV 08 APPROX 1,500 MILES. APPROX 3 SMALL STONE CHIPS ON FRONT (TOYATA TOUCH UP PENCIL SUPPLIED). Think thats about it, good runner, new baby forces sale!! The engine rebore bit: He mentioned it was using a lot of oil when he bought it and it was then sorted out and fixed, and it runs perfectly now. Any ideas of prices he should ask for? It looks very well.
  17. Its a dashboard out job. The part is £298ish from Toyota and Toyota reckon £1000 to fit it. I think Silverstone Garage on here quoted £500. Then again if its coming out the floor underneath it might just be a split pipe. Check your passenger carpet! Check under the floor mat, cos I was like "No its dry" and lifted up the mat and it was sodden.
  18. I had a 306 D-Turbo and it was amazing. Still miss that car. Get one get one get one.
