  1. The engine is part of what makes the car run 8 seconds, but not necessarily the most important
  2. I paid £80 from Whifbitz a week ago
  3. Ive got a brand new Greddy BCC for sale. I bought it last week from Whifbitz because i thought my Blitz ECU was dodgy, but it turned out to be fine £65 delivered
  4. I think its the stock pipe, ive never actually fitted it, i would offer it up, but my cars at the garage atm
  5. Ive got a SARD intake pipe which fits the Apex'i power intake air filter and i presume also a SARD one? Havent seen one of these for sale anywhere before so dont know what it is worth?
  6. I shall be going down on the Saturday. I hope they get the Vulcan there- didnt they fly it to Waddington and then realise they didnt have the paperwork up to date and it ended up on static instead. I had tickets for last year but then went to Farnborough instead when RIAT was rained off- watching them throw the A380 around was pretty good

    Swine Flu...

It's essentially just flu, but the media like to get excited about these things- The people that have died (bar one) all have underlying illnesses, who normal influenza could also finish off anyway. Plenty of elderly people get killed by flu each year, its no different
  8. Oh right, god knows then. I think it was something to do with the range of them? Cant really remember now, it was a while ago
  9. Theyre just over £100 a piece new, so just need to work it back from there really
  10. I have one, reasonable condition- pm me an offer
  11. Webster Race Engineering- Theyve got a spaceframed R33 that they take to shows now- prices from £22k or something like that... That's for the most basic rolling chassis
  12. I think all the forces are doing a sterling job in Afghanistan, but i think they are painfully underequipped. Take the Americans for example, could you imagine them putting anything before their defense budget, not a chance- i mean, i know they like big things that go bang, but, at a time like this that isnt such a bad thing. The British Army are experts in irregular conflicts like this, as their time in NI has taught them, the American's not so, as Vietnam proved. An individual that i know of who used to be in the Army/ special forces, now develops bomb jamming devices and they like, one of which has proven to be very successful in trials, but from what i remember the Government went for a cheaper alternative, which doesnt actually work, just sums up the whole war really... Maybe they should save money by scrapping pointless sh*t like the Olympics and give our men and women on the frontline the support they so desperately need and deserve
  13. ye could suprise a few people off the lights lol
  14. usually a sign of warped discs
  15. Isnt the fastest ticket the lad that was on the Gumball in the states, at 240mph in a Koenigsegg- but 210+ in a 60 is certainly good going Talking about speeding in Veyrons, wasnt it Clarkson that got some stupid speed out of the one in London, but no-one could prove who was driving, even though he sort of admitted it afterwards
  16. Nice one, i shall try and remember to tune in!
  17. Jesus! I thought it was going to be one of the usual wheelies you see from the Rx7's or project gtst, but that was something else!
  18. Certainly is, it ran into the 8's on one of its "shakedown" runs i seem to remember. Apparently running "only" 800bhp as well and hasnt started using the nitrous yet!
  19. Ran an unoffical 7.4 i think earlier this year and an offical 7.6. Glad to hear it's back after it melted a piston at the Jap show rwyb day. I believe it has been built to run into the 6's, it was featured in Banzai last month- i can scan the article in if people are interested?
  20. God knows, but mine definately had them when it came into the country- same as it had the bilstein shocks, lsd etc... So wasnt sure if there was like a "sport pack" that could be upgraded to?
