Point taken. I must have short term memory loss. Im guessing the ceramic turbos are also weaker. Many people had primary turbo failure?

Please clear this up for me once & for all. Are all supras 325bhp Jap or UK...or are some actually 280bhp as declared on the official stats? Im hearing that the UK cars had bigger turbos & stuff.

For a system thats not full stainless, its a bit steep. I like the sound of the silent hi-power & the look too.

Wish i knew how to do stuff on cars, n/a to TT conversion wow! See many of these exhausts going 2nd hand? Anyone know any good garages around derby area to get hold of & install the exhaust?

I work there, its pretty crappy & they dont let you see a lot of the areas. Youll mainly get to see the car having the engine put in & the monkeys putting in the interior. The tour doesnt come past me anymore on quality control. Think you see the weld shop & assembly plant(s) wont go in plastic shop, you can only go in the paint shop wearing a baby suit to prevent seeds & contamination & im certain they dont do that. They should show you the graveyard, all the cars deemed uneconomical to repair & all the cars the idiots crash on their way to the yard You have 0% chance of getting within viewing distance of the test track & -100% of getting a ride round it. I got a go when i started Mostly i see school kids & old folk on the tour which is in lil golf buggy train things. Were making the Cor...sorry Auris in my shop & Avensis in the other. They do a 280bhp V6 version of the auris in Japan. Why do we always get the shite cars?

Ok, whats the best exhaust? I have the super dragger on my current car as its not overly loud but its too expensive + rubbish. Didnt realise when i bought it that only the backbox is stainless steel, the rest is just steel, the thing rusted through in less than a year. Had to go to powerflow for custom pipework. Can you just get backboxes or do i have to buy a cat back? i dont want a super loud one. Fensport have the Blitz nurspec one for £265, in comparison the HKS supergdragger is £545

My car is totally standard & too quiet for my liking, i want to leave the exhaust alone (unless a backbox is easily fitted & removed later). So figured an air filter would add some engine noise Whats the best aftermarket air filter? Anyone got a set of used alloys for under £500. I dont like the standard wheels.

Look at his wheels, hes obviously started to lose it and countersteered then smacked into you. Did the police come & look at everything? Those photos are enough to prove things, plus he wont be dumb enough to contest it (well maybe). It is a bit worrying how all the bodywork is crumpled level with the wheel, looks like that wheel took the force of the impact.

Ok, i thought jap supras & uk supras had the same 325bhp, they just wrote 280 because of that gentlemens agreement about limiting the bhp in japan. GTR-34's get listed as 280bhp too. Found out today that his car actually has 260bhp. Only thing thats been done to is it that it has the tripple p pack on it. Standard exhaust. He said he wouldnt do a standing start because of the wear on the clutch so it would also be a rolling start. I dont even own the car right now (waiting for the guy to call me back), no intention of racing on an icy road...& by race i mean see who pulls away from who & not up to silly speeds & over a short distance, dont worry!, its friendly. Being a 4 speed auto, whats the top speed on the auto version? A lot lower than 155 i bet....130?

How high speeds? I take it he tops out well below 150 then
