  1. Not just the spoiler. You reckon Ford might have had some Supra influence in the design of the Pumas rear lights?!
  2. Paul Whiffin does lexan windows: http://www.whifbitz.co.uk/supra-interior.html He also deals with Seibon so I guess he could supply the carbon doors and bootlid.
  3. And it's not an interior from an s15. The doorcards and dash are s14/s14a. Wierd
  4. Hey bud, don't want to clog the thread up but just thought i'd say that's a stunning looking car you have there. Not usually a fan of the Veilside kits but yours looks really well. IMHO I think dark wheels will look a little out of place, it looks great as it is.

Volvo 480 turbo? Cheap as you like and you'd be suprised how quick these are. They do have thier share of niggles but they have character at least! Otherwise a mercedes 190e would be pretty good. Not the most economical of cars but they are bomb proof as long as they haven't been neglected too much.
  6. Just a quick question guys. If I have an AEM standalone ecu fitted to the car is the standard idle control valve still used?
  7. I've heard allsorts about these. Stupidly big exhaust housings, housings cracking, poor spool. You get what you pay for. I'd rather save for a powerhouse racing or boostlogic kit IMHO
  8. I'm not suprised about the 300zxs. They're worth so little now and apparently the engines are notoriously difficult to work on. Shame really 'cos they're supposed to be cracking cars. (No pun intended!)
  9. More trouble than they're worth IMHO these cars. Stupidly high insurance, high running costs, expensive parts and servicing, questionable reliability at mid-high milage. And to cap it all they really aren't that quick (the uk ones) unless you fork out for something with an sti badge on it, and they handle like a fwd car. My Corrado VR6 feels faster than the uk turbo 2000s i've driven! I'd much rather go for a Civic type-r than an Impreza.
  10. I wish I had a 100" monitor
  11. One of the nicer UK specs i've seen. Very nice car mate. I'm going for a very similar look with mine.
  12. 'REAL' Silver carbon weave... (with 200" wheel spacers...)
  13. It would have to be a BMW M6 or or a Mercedes CL65 AMG for me. Both extremely fast and comfortable for commuting. And the CL (previous shape) has to be one of the best looking big coupes of all time.Subtle and potent.
  14. I've not heard of that one before. Just had a quick look on google, that's an awesome looking circuit mate.Hope you have fun!
  15. Happy Birthday bud. Are you going to Teesside auto park for the karting?
  16. One of my all time favourites (although I still think i'd prefer a Toyota 2000gt with either a 2jz turbo or a 1uz on throttle bodies, unless someone wants to give me £250K for a Ferrari 288 GTO!) If you want to build a replica though these fastback mustangs go for peanuts in the US if they need a bit of work - although a proper shelby in need of restoration will prob cost $50k at the least.
  17. I fell asleep while mine where in the oven (Hangover) and melted the brackets on the back! Thankfully not too badly so it was an easy fix
  18. They're all very expensive to run and maintain, but the only one from the early 90's onwards that i'd avoid is the Cerbera speed 6 (6 cylinder variant) Apparently the engines in those are awfully unreliable. 4.5 cerbera gets to 60 in under 4 seconds and tops out near 200, without any driving aids! Sounds fun (read: a handfull) to me! I hate it that they used upside down Vauxhall cavalier rear lights on the griffith and Ford fiesta ones on the cerbera/chimera!
  19. That is a BIG turbo! Is it just the camera angle or will the turbo clash with your strutbrace?
  20. I wouldn't dispute that. Afterall, you get what you pay for (most of the time anyway!) Trying to save pennies on one of these cars is not really a good idea. If I were in the market for one i'd have to budget at least £9k
  21. The peugeot diablo red (or citroen wicked red pearl) is an awesome colour. My first car was a Saxo in that colour and then got a Corrado resprayed in it. Subtle but stunning.
  22. I've just found this TT manual within budget; http://www.autobmc.com/view_specs.php?car_id=426 Not from an auction either
