No they weren't as standard. Most cars came with KYBs (black) as standard. The bilstiens were optional so to speak but don't be fooled these are nothing like true german bilstiens. I have a full set with matching springs on my NA.

Ive got is200 jets on mine, fit very nicely and the spray pattern is better although the washer motor could do with replacing for something a little powerful.

I cant remember that far back dude so i wouldnt of known aslong as its alright now! Wheels look sound dude, i keep thinking im doing the wrong thing with mine but they will be reet when done!
