  4. 435hp and 435 torque running very rich need to get car remapped graph to follow.great day out thanks to ernie and all the lads and got to play with him and the gtr from ballymena to newcastle.a strong bpu is a match for gtr in straight line on motorway pull. in every other area gtr is superior. 0-60 time is unreal and the traction and refeinment i never rated them but i would defo have one over a 911turbo. then i got spoiled took me out in the supra violent is the only word to describe it smooth as silk of boost then 4k and ridiculous 4k to 8+k in fraction of second in every gear.thanks ernie a really sound guy.

  6. thanks mate for advise were heading up north of ireland supra skyline meet and there is a dyno run i think its a rolling road so will go with 36/38psi in rear.

    lads does tire pressure matter in doing a dyno run. is more psi or less psi or is there any difference at all

    exactly mate i couldn get a bigger clutch in time for the mapping session plus add 3 trips on ferry plus 10 hour return drive down each time but hey its the supra after all and only the best will do

    hks high power exhaust 500 pounds hks evc 6 400 pounds greddy fcd 80 pounds hks second decat pipe 140 pounds labour 720 pounds that was first trip to tdi. so 1800 pounds. 2ND trip to tdi type r hks intercooler 1200pounds hks sqv2 plus recirculating plus mesh 280 pounds labour 640 pounds 2100pounds.so were are at nearly 4K. i got some parts delivered then fuel pump 200 pound fuel filter 30 pound hks cam pulleys 200 pounds hks belts ie timing and aux 150 pounds alloy pipe for intercooler 40 pounds tein springs200 pounds tein strut bars front rear 250 pounds cam belt tensioner plus idler 150 pounds plus 300 pounds have fitted roughly 1500 pounds. so up to 5.5 k. 3RD trip to tdi hks fcon v pro 850 pounds hks wide band pressure sensor 150 pounds hks vpc temp sensor 30 pounds hks harness air temp 25 pounds hks fcon 5 harness 270 pounds.1400 pounds so nearly 7k. new clutch cover disc realease bearing rear main oil seal 300 pounds.labour to remove and install clutch plus full remap raise limiter to 7200rpm afr 11.4.1 boost 1.1bar /1.45bar 1700pounds so SORRY AROUND 8K FOR FULL BPU

    i spent 5k plus going full bpu a hks typr r intercooler is 1200 pound on its own
  13. just got myuk bpu supra weighed 1560kg with full tank,back seats and belts out along with spare wheel and jack,

  16. yes but yours is still tasteful a forty plus bloke pulling up in the orange supra might be mistaken for mid life crisis
  17. so is the uk and jap import fuel rail different then
  18. i think once we keep our supras looking relitively stock as in the bodywork and colour cant see anyone commenting to much, have to admit i do get a little embarrased at the loudness of exhaust in built up areas car park etc.
  19. pls mate dont do it put the 4 k into making your own car better bpu brakes clutch etc
  20. i ran toyota type iv atf no problems i run now fully syn mobil one shc atf which superseeds v160. any atf will be fine just dont put gear oil of any description into the box. i personally would leave any fluid in a supra 30/50k.
