  1. The bloke who put my new glass headlights in might have kept the old one, passengers was smashed but the drivers side was fine. PM me tomorrow to remind me and I'll give him a call.
  2. I got: x = (y(0.95((ab-b)+a)))/0.95
  3. The insurance company got me a 3lt Merc ML280 4 x 4 this morning. I was pretty happy with that until they phoned me this afternoon to say I wasn't insured to drive it (after I'd already been out to lunch in it), so now they are kindly coming to replace it with a diesel vectra, GUTTED.
  4. I always sit down when I'm talking to family but as soon as I make a call to friends or a company I wallk from the Kitchen to the Lounge unntil I hang up. Don't realise I'm doing it most of the time.
  5. Just make your own takeaway, its quicker. I can make an indian style 'takeaway' in 20 minutes and it tastes just as good. Just leave out the bad stuff like cream. http://indian-recipe.org/phpbb/index.php?h=1&pf=165
  6. I'd like to try and get to this, another NA though I'm afraid. Not a definate, will depend if i can get my clutch done in time.
  7. Goa's hot in october. Very cheap once you get there too. cigs 60p for twenty, bottle of brandy for £1.40. Foods good, especially if you like curry. Great fillet steak for about 2 quid.

    Floor Tiles

What sort of tiles are you planning on laying, ie. vinyl, ceramic.
  9. Just got my car booked in for repair next week. The hire car they have said they will give me is a 3.0 litre Merc C200. Anyone know what they are like, as i haven't got a clue when it comes to Mercs ie. stats? pics?

    NA Clutch?

-I'm thinking the cheapest way to do this will be to get the clutch first and pay to have it fitted somewhere, does anyone know how much a stock clutch is? Also what bearings etc should i replace at the same time?

    NA Clutch?

Thats fine, I'm at college in Chelmsford every Thursday. Do you know if that included associated bearings as well? And is the flywheel ok to be skimmed or should i renew?

    NA Clutch?

Looks like I need to replace my clutch as it's started slipping in all gears now. Can anyone tell me 1) Which clutch to go for, where from and rough cost, and 2) somewhere in the Ipswich or Colchester area to get it fitted (and price). Thanks
  15. Looking for the later style Do Luck front and the clear indicators that go into it. Also looking for a used trial rear. Any colour is fine as can get sprayed but black would be even better. Thanks Also, will have stock J-spec front in black for sale after Do-Luck fitted, or poss swap?
  16. Fortunately I've found a man who will spray and fit a bumper for £75 inc paint. He's done a fair bit of work for me and it's to a very good standard. Maybe I'll wait and do both then. I'm just too impatient really.
  17. I'd like a Trial rear and a Do-Luck or Top Secret front. Unfortunately not enough money to do both at the moment, so which do you think I should do first?
  18. Silver L reg at Morrisons, Sproughton. Nearly run you over on the way back to your car, just saw you when i was reversing. Car looked very nice:d
  19. Just got back from the pub!! Come on you spurs! It was tense through extra time. Didn't think it was going to happen for a while there. Nice to win something at last.
  20. Not a great deal at the moment as saving for a wedding, whats the cheapest i could spend that would do the speakers some sort of justice?
  21. Adam, what amp would you reccomend for the kef 5005's. I'm just using a Yamaha RX-SL80 that i got cheap when i got the speakers and i'm wondering if i could get more out of the speakers with a better amp.
  22. I got mine for a budget of £350 inc the amp but i can't say where they came from:innocent:
  23. I'd go for amp and speakers for best sound. I can highly recommend these speakers. The sub that comes with them is as big as a footstool and shakes the house. http://www.kef.com/kht/KHT5005/home.htm
