  2. I do hope so.. gotta get some sort of multi gym for home.. and some weights.. got a cross trainer.. find these work well for cardio.. and a decent punch bag... then ill be ready to go again..
  3. liking it a lot.. love cars that stand out.. will be brilliant when finished
  4. good work.. i did a year where i bulked and become very lean and muscular.. thenwhen i my daughter hit a year old.. it all sorta stopped.. due to running around after her and my shifts.. i am just under 6ft and weigh in now at 82kg.. but i feel soo week and flabby i hate it.. as soon as easter is over with and the overtime is done.. my gym room will be up and running (easier to have my own gym with a 3 year old) and i am gonna hit it hard.. Like you i used to have loads of small meals a day.. now i only eat 2 or 3 times a day and too much in one go.. i am looking forward to getting back into it... just the will power to do it... good luck and will be watching your progress
  5. cool cheers peeps.. i think i am defo gonna take it out myslef.. i got a press at work and a frined with a press.. so i am gonna go that route.. will keep ya informed..
  6. Cheers.. thats cool.... i can always get the seal kit from mr T Tell me about it.. always see their Matt black GTR stonking around
  7. grrr.. well sumo power are 10 miles down the road from me just quoted We would need the chassis number to order the correct bearing, the bearing is £180.00,the 2 seals are £44.00,labour £255.00 =£479.00+vat availability of the parts depends on the chassis number, let me know if you want it ordered, thankyou for the enquiry
  8. get an exhaust for it.. this one pops and bangs like nothing i have ever heard.
  9. its daughters godmothers car.. but we see her everyday.. i helped choose the car for her about a year ago and been on the insurance ever since and drive it at least 3 times a week.. i think kels will be buying off her in a years time when she changes the v6 4motion golf we have got as the family car, we have had for the last year thats a great bit kit too with a brilliant soundtrack.
  10. its standard the dash gauges.. will get some pics... and as for the TDI.. i tried one... it was naff compared to the VW diesels.. would love one of those in white.... would love to try one... the st with another 100hp.. although this one has already been chipped.. not sure what extra they get from the chip...
  11. I am get to drive this around quite a lot.. know its not to everyones taste... but it is such a capable car.. no its not the fastest thing in a straight line.. but as everyday usablity and all rounder, i think its fantastic.. with the aftermarket exhaust and chipped and lowered it really is a little weapon.. i know the supras are faster etc.. but its a great drive and the seats are soooooo comfortable... love the sound they make too. just as an every day package its one of my favorite cars out there..(and i like the looks) some pics after i detailed it today.. loving the aggresive look it has huge brakes for a ford prefect car in the reflection sorry just thought i would share
  12. cool cheers.. is the TT and NA rear bearings the same?? cheers
