  1. no offence taken mate, i was just a bit undecided. those pics jamie are better than the ones in the ad, it dont look to bad in your ones, mind you 2200 for it is a lot without fitting, i think the money on our car would be better spent on a conversion!! Richie
  2. I might be wrong but it looks a bit flimsy with the whole front end tipping forward.
  3. Has anyone seen this type of body kit before? was just trawling ebay and found it, cant work out at the mo if i lke the look of it. Tried a search on here but could not find it so if it is a repost then i apoligse in advance!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-Body-Kit_W0QQitemZ140190915162QQihZ004QQcategoryZ72207QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Richie
  4. This was the wifes car that we got rid of for the supra, was a really good fun car to drive, by the way she's a hair dresser:p
  5. i know its not much cop now, but something i am going to bear in mind if it ever happens to me and its an incident like you had, i am going to use my camera phone to get pics at the scene, maybe even get them to pose in it, it may be of use later down the line!! feel for you mate, jen did something similiar about 6 years ago at a roundabout, went into the back of a volvo that had moved off then stopped. got a letter through 9 months after the incident she had been off work since the accident, had had to have accupuncture, was suffering reoccuring nightmares and was scared to drive again!! damage to our astra? 400 quid now that pissed me off!! richie

  10. No and i'll be honest with you, mine has not either its just that i have had enough of going away every 10 months for at least 6 months i have to be fair to jen.
  11. No No mate i knew you werent taking the piss, i take a lot for granted as it is my job, i try to explain to people, to me its no different than you going to work in the morning! i know my job you know yours, but i thankyou for supporting us all while we are away on tours, ths time of year is bad to be away over my carrer i have been away at chrstmas about 7 times, so to be home this year is nice. as for living next to GCHQ Yep be worried if WWIII kicks off as your going to be bearing the brunt of it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. Normally we waited till either the camp got hit with a couple of rockets at night or during they day go out and clear a few items such as land mines or failed grenades. richie
  13. The worrying thing now though is i have to make it as a sparky!!! should be ok though. my last seven years have been spent as either a No:2 to a bomb disposal officer or the last 3 years as the bomb disposal officer itself!
  14. Well that's it guys, it was my last day in work today serving with the British Army, i have served 15 years and 120 days! I made a desicion last year on my return from Iraq to sign off, i have seen enough, been put in to many positions that i do not agree with. and when i am risking my life to help people in these countries and some of them are ready to kill me with the flick of a button i am calling it quits! I have enjoyed my time in the army, i will miss my mates because i truly believe that they are the best you will ever meet. Our sense of humour at times is very dry but it is what gets you through. Sat here at the mo just having a few guinness!! Richie
  15. for me it would have to be Ranulph fiennes. I have just read his biography and he has achieved quite a few things in his time against some over welming odds. Richie
  16. R.I.P Dazz My thoughts go out to the families that now have to face one of the most terrible christmas ever. Richie & Jenny
  17. Find out if she is single mate! then you can meet up:p
  18. we had a similiar problem 2 weeks ago with the BT line in to the wifes salon, thursday night when we locked up, it was working, Friday morning it was not!!! rang BT and they did a check on the line and suprise suprise they confirmed there was a fault!! no shit! i then brought down the house phone to negate the fact that none of the phones in the salon were faulty and then reported back to them, they ran another check and said they would send an engineer out, £135 call out and £99.88 an hour there after!!!! 3 hours later the engineer found the fault in the green box at the exhange, 2 wires had shorted out due to them being moved by the engineer the previous night. You can ring them to get all house calls diverted to your mobile so not to miss any calls. hope this helps a bit. richie
