  1. Just thought i'd see if anything of interest to anyone... http://shop.ebay.co.uk/scoobiedoo2122/m.html Thanks.
  2. Thanks chaps.. Well not too sure what the server mode is currently in - all 3 machines use to be in different companies so have completly different settings/anti-virus's/firewalls. - bit of a nightmare really. The main files he'd like on one of the machines (guessing the nt4 server) where the other's can access it. For Backups he just uses a different pen drive each night. At the moment, i can't connect to the pc's using \\ip-address\ although they can ping each other (don't know if the firewall's/software are blocking access). One of the machines had an 192.168 address, the other two havea 109. something address... don't know why... I think what i might do is start from scratch on them all and just set them all up with dhcp, and see what happens....
  3. going to try and setup a network at my freinds office tommorrow - had a mare with it on Friday. He's got a Windows Vista laptop, a Windows XP and a Windows 2000NT server and would like them all networked together so they can share files etc.. Currently they are all running into a BT business broadband hub unit. I've tried setting them all to DHCP and they all appear to now be able to access the internet, but they are unable to share/access anything (althought pinging the individual machines works).. Any ideas on an easy to setup solution? any help greatly appreiciated. thanks Craig.
  4. Hi chaps, My Dad's just decided he wants to move from outlook express to microsoft outlook 2010. I've got all the contact over, but the message format for his 10 odd year of stored emails seems to be in *.dbx extensions that microsoft outlook doesn't recognise. I've tried to save as *.pst but i don't have the option. Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a free dbx to pst file convertor or do you have any other thoughts? Thanks in advance. Craig.

  7. Hi chaps, on my station car (98 1.8 passat) i've noticed that there is a rumble (more so when turning left) throughout the car. It's always been there (had the car 6 months and done 2k in it) and i've always not been that fussed about it. Last weekend i went to the cotswalds and decided to take the passat and 4 peeps and luggage.. After 350 miles i can say that the sound has got slightly worse, but i've also noticed that the passenger front tyre has worn slightly the outside edge? Can't see any movement in the wheel though. Would this be the wheel bearing, or could it simply be bad tyre alignment? or both... Never had a wheel bearing go. Many thanks. Craig.
  8. At the weekend i decided to make the pond bigger in my new house... It's an old concrete thing that doesn't look like its ever been cleaned out. Since we've owned the house (november) we've not done anything too it. So i was slightly amazed when i found 13 fish in it, and about 10, 6" long muscles. I beleive the fish are just the basic goldfish type but have no idea. (biggest being 6" long, but they average i'd say 4") So i've stuck all them in a dustbin with a plant... question is, how long will they survice in there for? should they be ok? Going to be about 3/4 weeks until i get the liner in and can put them back. Thanks craig.
  9. Lol. i walk to work 30 mins and walk home and then around the office.. (work in an office in london) Nothing out of the normal.. But they never seem to last.. they always break up. I normally get shoes from different places - next/river island/clarkes/ a few places in london that i can't pronounce the name.. just thought i'd try and spend some real money on a ncie pair and see if they last better....
  10. Bit of an od question this.. and i'm not turning into a woman before anyone asks... I'm looking at getting a new pair of shoes but i'm fed up of spending £80-100 every 6 months as i always seem to kill them as i use them everyday for work and they always appear to fall apart (inners especially)... Can anyone suggest some shoes that will last? I was thinking of getting a set of Church's... Thanks Craig. P.s.... I've not got any makeup on today..
  11. Now that the westfield has got a few stone chips after various "outings" in the country, i've decided to get it vinyl wrapped by a freind of mine. However he would like to cover it in leopard skin effect which i think would look awfull....I've seen one that's been done to look like a spitfire, that i quite like.. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas/pics of what you think i should have done to it... Some pics here to photoshop for the more adventurous of you http://www.tripkings.co.uk/westfield/ Thanks Craig.
  12. Advertising on behalf of a freind. We've recently come back from a trip to le mans in it. Just before we went it had a full 111 point check/service etc from Porsche. Original Advert here.. http://pistonheads.com/sales/1852889.htm http://www.tripkings.co.uk/lemans2010/large/0020.jpg http://www.tripkings.co.uk/lemans2010/large/0003.jpg http://www.tripkings.co.uk/lemans2010/large/0004.jpg
  13. I bought this 5 stud set and fitted them to my ST185 Celica Carlos Sainz GT4, but then took them off when i sold the car. Just looking at clearing them out the garage. So before i stick them on ebay.. The wheels themselves are in "as new" condition and just need a quick wipe over. The tyres all have good tread on them, but one of them we noticed when removing them from the car had a slice on the inside tyre wall. Hasn't effected the pressure or shape but i would change it if your keeping them. Here's some pics. Looking for £175 collection only. - includes all the locking wheel nuts. Not too sure what else they would fit, but your more than welcome to pop over and try and fit one if you have any concerns. http://www.tripkings.co.uk/stuff/large/0011.jpg http://www.tripkings.co.uk/stuff/large/0012.jpg
  14. I'm having a house built currently :-) and just sorting out all my stereo/tv equiptment.. I'm looking at getting the Sonos 250 bundle so i can use it in the main room and use it in a second room. I'm told i can use a NAS drive with it though for all my stored music.. Would someone be able to poing me in the direction of a nice NAS drive - and i'm guessing i just plug this into the router and all will work ;-) Thanks Craig,
  15. I've bought two tickets for the sat night, but unfortunatly i'm not able to go anymore.. Would anyone be interested? Looking for £40 each ticket. (cost £45 each) Thanks Craig.

    R12 spy

I've had the following "C75 JHK", "R2 SXX" and "K4 TBO" - My favourite being r2sxx as it looks like russ x or rs sex... although completly worthless unless anyone wants it. I sold them all with the car - which went abroad - so no one's ever going to get them.
