  1. I must say that I do like the Top Secret one in black, but it does concern me that it might sit a lot higher than stock. Also not sure how well the lift reverse would work with it...... I wanted the TRD one that is similar to OEM, but they don't make them for the TT6!
  2. Hi everyone, I'm considering changing my Gear Knob in my TT6 as the original is starting to show it's age a bit now. I'm after idea's of another one to replace it with...... I've searched around and can find there are now many aftermarket one's apart from the Greddy one for the 6MT. Anybody know to any other makes and where to get them from?
  3. How's the car running anyway mate? I looked at your car just before I got mine from Jurgen.....
  4. Im unsure, but I personally dont think it matters anyway. I got my last one from Chris Wilson ans that one was for an SW20 and it worked fine on my last VVTi TT.....
  5. It is the proper one for the JZA80 Supra, or the SW20 MR2 Turbo one that you can get away with using on the Supra?
  6. I don't purposely do it as i think it tempts fate lol mind i don't really leave my car anywhere other than work and we've got massive car spaces lol
  7. Ha was my birthday as well last weekend and i was up there aswell, suprised i didnt see you! If ya need a hand at all with your car let me know bud
  8. I remember the noise in the TVR, even driving gently the minute you put even low revs behind it, it sounded like the bottom of the car was going to fall out. It was enough to scare me into getting the car put on the back of a tow truck rather than try and drive it like that
  9. have you contacted Keron to see if he has one?
  10. Hi just read through your description of symptoms, and the only time i've had a car do that is when the Input Shaft went in my gearbox. Ended up replacing it as the labour to repair was going to cost more than a 2nd hand replacement box did.. . .
  11. Hi Everyone, I'm after a Blitz DCIV Turbo timer (the one with built in boost meter) after i regretably forgot to take it out of my last supra before i traded it in for the TVR! EDO do them for £116 new, but im sure i only paid £90 for a new one previously. Has anyone got one that they are looking to sell, or does anyone know where to get them from for cheaper than £116? Thanks
  12. Alright Will, Got your BPU stuff fitted yet?
  13. I think i've seen this one about before too. The car is usually parked up on a house just before you get to Next Generation Gym in Brierly Hill....
  14. Na i didnt see ya mate sorry wot car was ya in? Yeah have to give it some welly occasionally in a small burst, make most of the dry roads! Lol
  15. Saw a white supra with white wheels on friday last week about 5pm. Was just joining the parkway coming of Richmond. First time i've seen it. Anyone on here's?
  16. Don't forget to give me a shout when the car's ready, would like to see it with it's new lease of life!
  17. Yeah a meet would be good once the weather gets a bit better. Eddy is a good guy and the work i've seen him do is good, and he does all of Audi's wheels. He's also very honest, and if he thinks that the work / repair is too much for him to do he'll admit it rather than bodge it and recommend another company to you, and even give them a call for you if you ask nicely and get a price of them. He's based in Darlaston just off the Black Country route.....
  18. Cheers mate ill drop him a PM BTW hows the MR2 Strip / build going? Done anything to it over the Winter?
  19. i know the guy who does all the wheel refurbishments for Audi, a guy called eddy who's in darlaston. He does refurbs for £35-40 a wheel. . . . .
  20. If i'm completely honest, it was a nice car but I was slighty disappointed by it. Don't get me wrong it was a quick little car, i'd probably put the car on par with a Supra TT running 0.9-1bar, but it would struggle againt a BPU Supra running 1.2bar especially whilst rolling. The 0-40 was very quick being a very light car. Build quality was the main downfall, plenty of rattles due to the fibreglass body. It spend at least 1 day a month in the workshop getting a repair of some kind, thats why i had to come back to the reliability of a Supra The best thing about the car to me, apart from the looks, was the sound of the V8 growl. Kinda made the whole experience worth it
  21. One of the bouncers who works the doors on the Cuban in town has a black NA it could have been his
