    Well tax isn't that bad actually compared to a lot of other cars around. Insurance is a killer when your younger but goies down a lot. I know of a 28 year old with a 400BHP twin turbo paying about £300 a month which I think is awesome. However if anything goes wrong or you plan on modifying this is when you will see a lot of £££££££££ going out of your pocket, but then again there are worse cars for this. I think you should buy one and enjoy!

    I'm 21 and have an NA and I got a quote for £925 I also think that M4RK_RZ was working at asda when he bought his Twin Turbo and he kept it well. Depends how much of a percentage of your income you want to spend on it. They're not cheap cars. I would have bought a Twin Turbo however I thought if I got for the NA it'll be better since i've gone from a not very powerful FWD to a RWD with some power in it so it's kinda bedding me in. Besides there's always NA-T or NA-TT to work with after.

    ah yeah I know chapletown, well actually i'm from rotherham but don't like to admit it. Only about 15 mins away from the centre of sheff though. Well good luck with the build mate, would love to come out and see it sometime!

    Looks like a nice buy, and it's also given me optimism that you can get some semi-decent HP out of an NA engine

    Almost spun mine trying to get to the Milbar meet in Yorkshire, the fact I was going 20mph in 4th gear (I.E. 1,300 PRM) and the back end was still trying to espace gives you an idea of how icy it was. Never understood people who retired their Supra's for the winter but I've done the same. Be careful guys, not the weather for it! Get some Autoglym wax, sure it'll buff out..........no but in all seriousness glad to hear your ok!

    I remember this one, this is the one they didn't colour Gold because they only paint Gold if it's the best they can do. Aparently this was the "Lunch run" car for Top Secret. Makes you think really, some people have too much money! Lol!

    Yeah may have been, I saw an Integra on the way back and then no one until the scooby full of chavs. No need to apologise, I was amazingly late and the weather was bad, i'd have done the same. Is that the only meet around Yorkshire then? Feel Deprived of Jap action!

    Haha, got there about 9:30 due to icy conditions, pulled into the car park to find the pub shutting and a VW caravelle telling me that there were 3 Supras here and they left about 5 minutes before I got there. Had some very hairy moments on that road to the pub, an Impreza pulled next to me full of chavs, one leaned out the window to swear and shout at me and then drove off so fast he almost ditched it.........Idiot's I can see know why some people take there Supra's off the road for Winter, lol!

    I'm so impressed by the work done. Sorry about the post, bit of a newbie to all this. Thought I knew a lot about Supra's but the knowledge of people on here has made me re-think and also made me glad I joined. Think I'll be popping round to see you at some time Paul, nice work!

    Indeed, I suppose luckily, since I only bought the Supra a few weeks ago, I've still got the Standard 16's on with chunky tires (please don't mock me tonight) so if it does snow, i'll still be pretty screwed but i'll manage!

    Right after the purchase of my new supra I have decided the stock 16" are not cutting it for me and need some new Alloys. I've been looking at Some Advan 5's however I stumbled across some Dotz Hanze's a while back and really like them, however wasn't sure if they'd look any good on a Supra. Anyone know of anyone with them on or if there are any pics floating about, or anyone any good at photoshop? Cheers in advance.

    Nice wheels, look awesome as they are. I like the idea of Gun-Metal on a black Supra, but i'm useless at photoshope so can't give an example.
