I hate when companies just say soon, i mean how soon is soon? In my experience soon often means a very very long time:tongue:

Ok just taken it around the block a few times and seems a lot better now............ I checked the brake fluid level and the hole reservoir is pretty much full

yeah i can get the abs to work if i slam it. If they were fine before does that mean that the garage has fucked my master brake cyclinder??

Hi Just got my car back from the garage, and amongst other things had the front brakes changed as well as the brake fuid. Now I know they are brand new pads, but the brakes have become incredibly spongy. Have they fucked up the fluid change or is this the pads just wearing in?? One thing ive noticed it that they seem to brake hard if you repetively pump the brakes! Im so pissed off about this, because it braked about 10x better before this work was done! Luckily i havent paid for th job yet. But i just want the heads up on what the problem is before i take the car back tomorrow to get it sorted. i wish there was a proper supra specialist near me!!

I was overtaking a slow moing vehicle in my old del sol one day in a 30mph When i passed him and pulled in i was doing in excess of 50mph, then saw the camera van up ahead about 50 yards down the road. Never got caught, you have to be realy close to them to get caught, like the same distance as you need to be near a speed camera dont worry!!

haha thank you for your confidence in my mechanical skills, but i think i might leave this one to mechanic. To say im hopeless at this kind of thing is an understatement! I know the theory of doing it, but i will f&ck it up, i always do with that kinda thing;)

yeah was lookin at mine today, a load of shite down there, not to mention all the clips holding the lines at the top completely disintegrated by just breathing on them, and it was a faff pullin all of them out. So just got the hoover out in the end! never did get those plugs changed though

Sorry going to have to pull out of this one just booked to go to egypt with the girlfriend. I was looking forward to this too, ah well maybe next year. Should get to meet some of you though at the rollin road coming up

my cars only done 60k too so it hasnt been changed ever, im know its due, just thought it looked imanent. Was hoping to leave it for another 1000 miles when changing the cam belt, is it worth doing the water pump at the same time?

yeah i was rushing and didnt realise, makes much more sense, im still annoyed i threaded the screws though, even though i will never actually have to remove them. that kinda then annoys me lol

well ive worked out that i dont actually need to remove these screws as i cant just take the coil packs out in pairs as they are held in by 10mm bolts. the thing is i then have to replace the two hoses that cross the plugs and i dont have them. mine look too brittle to remove without damaging them

yeah i would rather avoid that if nessesary, i still cant actually see how im gunna get them out today:search:
