I had my e-bay account hijacked last week! , luckily I caught it in time and eBay sorted it before it got out of hand. watch out for spoof emails telling you that you haven’t paid for something this is what got me, the link in the email takes you to the eBay log in page and I guess this is how they get your details, apparently this is getting more and more common. Because of this I have had to change pretty much all my online passwords so watch out!

I had the superdragger, then it fell to bits now got the nur spec sounds great have not looked back since!

I tried this it was good for a few weeks, and I loved the deeper exhaust note! But after a while I started to miss the second kick up the ar*e, also my boost levels kept going through the roof and I was hitting the fuel cut all the time. The ettc mod is done by bypassing a couple of the pins on the ecu with a switch one of the other members has done a guide on his website I can't for the life of remember who though??

One of my mates bought a series 1 RS turbo a few years back the day after he got it the starter motor went...... a week later the fuel pump started leaking not so long after the wheel bearing went!......... Don't think I need to go on do I. Not even going to start going on about the guy I know with the sierra cosworth, let’s just say he has had a few "issues"

I can't live without tea!!! and through years of getting up late and having to drink it mega hot I have developed some kind of asbestos coating in my mouth which seems to amaze everyone? each cup lasts barley 5 minitues......

Yeah good to see you 2 mate It had a black roof spoiler and some multispoke alloys that looked like they needed some serious refrub! but apart from that was a fairly clean car don't think it's a member of the gym as iv been down there 3-4 times a week for the last 9 months or so and have never seen it before.

I used to work for Comet funnily enough and will be again in a month or so , you’re lucky you got the remote and instructions usually there they just get lost. I know some of the plasmas used to come with mounting brackets Phillips I think, but they were fairly crap! A decent mounting bracket that you can tilt (AVF if I remember) was close to £200 last time I checked.

IMO even if you do warm up for a few minutes, still a good idea to take it easy for a few miles as the oil in gearbox and the diff will still be cold and need to circulate

I had this after i had been messing About with the head unit only realised a few weeks later turned out to be a fuse, i would have thought you have the same problem

I am in exactly the same situation moving jobs in a month or so and going to be doing a lot more miles, I have been looking at late mk3 golf tdi's but i am not looking to spend anymore than 2k Theres loads on auto trader some have very high milage but i don't see this being a problem with a diesel
