had to take the supe to work today due to the van being in having a few repairs. i wasnt happy as the firm hardly ever covers all the petrol cost and the supe is pretty thirsty and the site being about 60miles away. got there and was asked if i minded pickin a few things up and dropping some stuff off all day. i didnt know what to say until they offered to cover all the petrol:) . what followed was 2 free full tanks of petrol and 6hours driving about in the supe on some cracking roads in the valleys, the A465 and a470. got up to some silly leptonage and had quite a few plays with the rep mobiles on the road. by the end of the shift i was ablsolutely buzzing on a huge high and with a massive grin. getting paid to drive the supe is great:) i then got thinking to when was the las time a car made me feel like this and really couldnt think of one. jeeeeez i love my car!!!! the best bit..........im doing it all again tomorrow!!!!!!!

a work buddy hasnt long come back to work after having the operation. being a bricklayer he has been put on light duties. i think it was 6 weeks off after the op he had but even now he says he doesnt feel that much better after it although the doc has ensured him that it will get better. his left wrist also needs doing but he chose not to have both done as that would meen his misses wiping his arse but he isnt sure whether he will go back for it unless he starts to feel noticable differences with the previous operation.
